Went to Lowe's Vernon Hills yesterday after refrigerator went out suddenly. James in appliances helped me with measurements to decide on replacement. Today two installers took less than 1 hour from arrival 10:48. Till 11:33 when they walked out the door. Amazing love LG and very happy with Lowe's so grateful. Removed old refrigerator and installed new LG Counter Depth 26.5 cubic square feet.

I visited Vernon Hills Lowe's customer service to pick a EGO mower that your employee Scott so superbly assisted me with. When I was meet with another extremely helpful associate. Yesenia who walked me through the operation and repaired workmanship of the unit. Her job was to provide me with my equipment and record my acceptance. I truly appreciate Yesenia's assistance in going ABOVE and BEYOND. It was a Great experience to visit Lowe's today.

Was able to swap out a truck tool box that I purchased (and was the wrong fit) from Lake in the Hills, Vernon Hills took the return and had the proper size for my Silverado.

Love this particular location goes there for drywall all the time lots of great deals free morning coffee super clean and well organize isle with some great guys and gals get you in and out in no time have no complaint..🆒

Let me first say Joe in appliances should be promoted and paid more. He went above and beyond for customer service. Thank you Joe wish I knew your last name!!

Looking to remodel our bathroom, we received help from a woman who worked in the nursery there. She was very nice and helpful.

Through rainstorm and hail 2 awesome employees loaded our truck with mulch and miracle grow. 38 bags to be exact soaking wet employees did it with not 1 complaint. They were awesome. I got out so did hubby. I was soaked like I took a shower with all my clothes on. I went home they had to go back to work. THANK YOU SO MUCH‼‼ Above and Beyond🙌🤗

Just want to recognize Alex in lumber for his excellent, 5-star customer service he provided for me when I stopped in this weekend. It is because of kind and knowledgeable employees like Alex that will encourage me to continue building something together with Lowes moving forward!

This Lowe's is great. The atmosphere is so much better than the other big name hardware store, I just wish there were still more Lowe's around.

The store is very clean and well organized. They have virtually anything you could need in stock and it is fairly easy to find.

I have grown used to shopping at places where no one is helpful, but while we were at this Lowe's like 10 people asked if we needed help and even got the more knowledge employees involved. It was such a pleasant change, we really appreciate it.

Reason for review though: Katie in the paint department went the extra mile. It’s 9:30 on a Wednesday night, minutes before closing. Katie’s trying to get the place all ready for the next day. She holds my hand through the entire process of getting me ready to use a paint sprayer for the first time. Shows me all the things I’m asking for including a lubricant that I would have never found hidden behind a tape display. She offers to shake up a primer that I had ordered for pickup which hadn’t even occurred to me, but was very necessary. Loans me the last paint comparison guide in the store which I almost forget to hand back. Top tier person. Thanks, Katie.

Purchased Roth & Allen LED Pendant lights for our kitchen remodel, all three lights burned out within 4 years of the 5 year MFG warranty. Went back and forth between the store and the warranty dept as to how to return . The long short, after a few trips to the store, Gail who is one of the store managers stepped in and helped me through a difficult process. In the end, I was able to do the warranty exchange. Thanks Gail!

I really love this Lowe's. It is not super crowded so I feel I can actually look at items without people in my way (looking at you HD). It is laid out in a nice way and clean. The employees are friendly and offer assistance frequently. The best part is that they actually know the answers to your questions. Checkout is efficient and returns are no hassle. While their selection isn't always as robust as other chains, I will always come here first.

The employees were so incredibly friendly and helpful, from the woman in paint to the assistant near self checkout. All my questions were answered satisfactorily and more. Never had as great a customer support as I did in this trip at any store.

This location is awesome! We had Jose help us out in paint. Although the Lowe’s at this location was out of what we needed, he was patient, knowledgeable and professional in helping us finding the product at another location. I’d work with him for future projects at this store anyway! Thank you Jose! We were able to find the paints at the other Lowe’s location!

Great garden center. The store is very well stocked and organized. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Are Lowe's closed down, and we travel to a different town in either direction. Their quality of appliances are great. Building supplies and garden are the best. Employee's are always willing to help and even make suggestions for our rehab journeys.

This store really won me over. Friendly service, competitive prices, and just an overall great experience every time I come to this store. Other big box stores, take note, this place is doing it right! And it makes me happy that they proudly employ so many veterans. That alone makes it worth my time shopping there. Keep up the good work, Lowes!

The selection is good, and there are often good deals to be had. The staff are helpful and generally knowledgeable, or admit if they don't know something.
