The Home Depot

Today, I made another purchase at Home Depot, and the staff was friendly and helpful. They especially assisted me in lifting a toilet that weighs over 75 lbs from the shelf and putting it into my shopping cart and then into my car. Though I don't know your names, you both were incredibly kind and amazing. Thank you so much for your support.

I shop here often and I always get help from the staff. Today after storm Beryl. Home depot is more crowded than usual. Even though the store was busy, I still received enthusiastic help from a guy named Jose. I give him five stars. Thank you so much for your help Jose.

This morning 3/20/24 was my first time at this Home Depot location and I was pleasantly surprised because I experienced the opposite of the bad reviews. I was greeted by every single staff member I came across in the store and I saw smiling faces. Everything was well stocked and organized. Store looked clean. The gentleman attending the Rental service was very polite and helpful and took his time demonstrating how to operate the machine. He carried the machine outside and helped me load it up in my car.

I went online to look for an outdoors electrical cord for my weed eater to cut grass. Home Depot had the cord on sale. Once I got to the store, I couldn’t find it on the sales floor. Therefore, I stopped a group of Managers who were walking the store. A Manager by the name of Eric assisted me in finding the product I was there to buy. I showed him the snapshot photo and price, but he couldn’t find it in stock. What Eric did was to make sure that I left there a happy customer, and I did. A job well did/done by Home Depot.

I came to this location on yesterday, and the young lady name Ms.Gaila in the paint dept. was very helpful, polite, and very sweet person. I asked her questions about the silicone caulk, and she guided me I what I needed help with. Some folks put on a face and give you good customer service because of the company, but I can tell with Gaila it was not a show, but who seems to be as a person. I appreciate the patience and great customer service, that was provided by this young lady. I give her 5 stars.⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐

I came to this location on June 10, 2024 and is a store I have made many small and large purchases through the years. I came on this particular day looking for a variety of things. I came to the Dept. looking for a certain leaf blower, but wasn’t purchasing at the time. So I asked Mr. Michael a black man who works in gardening about certain ones. I had told him as he was opening the cage up to let me physically see it close up, that I wasn’t purchasing it today. He was willing to open it up, and not act as if it was a bother to him to take time for me to see the product and actually hold it in my hand. Most of the time you are welcomed with a bad attitude, because the worker usually will make you feel like you wasted their time, especially if you are not purchasing it at that moment. Then I needed help with finding a particular wood for a project and help with products for pest control. Mr. Michael walked me way on the other side of the store, to make sure I had what I needed. This man has always been phenomenal on many occasions, and has the right attitude each time I visit!!! Mr. Denis in garden who I had many questions on the same day, about a type of soil, pest control for insects, questions about certain products. Mr. Denis has always been phenomenal as well. Every time I come to Home Depot, I know that I can count on him to help me with what I need. Please whoever the manager may be, recognize these gentleman for always modeling, what great customer service should look like. I give them both 5 stars.⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐

This location is convenient for me, close to work and on my route. Stopped by today for a few things. Was greated on my way in, had several associates along the way ask if I needed help. Was a good experience. I'll definitely be back.
If only the current state of affairs didn't make things so scarce!

Liz in painting is absolutely phenomenal at her craft! She’s extremely knowledgeable, reliable, and above all else, she’s a kind and beautiful person. She gave me impeccable guidance on a project and helped me gather all of the right materials. I had to return to the store later in the day to gather more items to fine tune my project and Liz took time to help me above and beyond what was required. Without her I absolutely would’ve tanked my project. Because of her I am giving the store 5 stars. Customer service is the most important thing to me, when shopping or supporting a business with my money. Thank you, Liz, for your service. .

Home Depot: A Helpful and Knowledgeable Staff

I recently went to Home Depot to get some supplies for a plumbing project. I was having trouble figuring out how to connect the pipes, and the staff was incredibly helpful. They took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand, and they even showed me how to do it myself.

I was really impressed with the staff's knowledge and helpfulness. They were patient and took the time to answer all of my questions. I felt like I could really trust their advice, and I was confident that I was getting the right supplies.

I ended up buying everything I needed from Home Depot, and I was able to complete my plumbing project successfully. I'm really grateful for the help of the staff, and I would definitely recommend Home Depot to anyone who needs help with a home improvement project.

Home Depot generally has what I need for my DIY projects and this day with no exception. When I arrived I was greeted at the door and someone even brought me a shopping cart when I didn't see them up front. After collecting my articles I found that checkout was quick and easy. Overall this store has a good selection of quality products at competitive prices.

I will always shop here, fully stocked and well organized

90% of the employees are very knowledgeable and some even retired vets in their respective fields. The guys there are VERY UNDERSTANDING to our inflation and try their hardest to help you do the project very economically without compromising the integrity of your projects. Thanks guys.

I just ran in to get some keys copied (surprising amount of copying kiosks are down around me...) and I was directed to the right aisle by the nicest lady at the door and when I got there, one of the passing associates stopped to help me make the copies.

Just by being there less than 30 min, I could see they were fully staffed and the associates were busy, but attentive. I could have probably stood in any aisle looking confused, and an associate would have found me and asked what I was looking for.

Manny the store manager is an excellent example of how customer service should be .He went over and beyond to help us with our exchange. It amazes me how there are still people out there like him caring about customer service as a number one priority !
And to say the less he was ending his shift and on his way out still took that time to help us! I'm so thankful and so were my parents who eventually made the previous purchase.
