Simplified Pools

I had Simplified Pools install a new mutliport valve to replace my broken push/pull backwash valve. After the initial installation, there was a very minor leak (drip) from the new valve. When I let Jim know about it, he sent the original installer out to try to fix the problem. When the fix from the installer didn't stop the leak, Jim came out himself and replaced the entire valve and re-did all of the plumbing to make sure it was done correctly. I really appreciate his follow through to make sure I was happy with the service. It's nice to see an owner of a business that really cares about his customers and goes out of his way to make sure they are happy.

This is our first pool to ever own and Simplified Pools has definitely helped us through the process of getting it up and ready for swim season. During the winter months, our pool had issues and froze over, Jim and Nick came out while there was ice on the ground and very cold conditions! Jim and Nick are very reliable and very professional and offer great suggestions on how to keep the pool crispy clean! I highly recommend their service!

Amazing customer service! After trouble shooting my pool, I came to realization that I needed a new salt chlorine generator. Simplified Pools was able to confirm my suspicions. After looking at Leslie’s, Amazon and other pool stores I wasn’t going to be able and get a new chlorine generator for about a week. However, Simplified Pools was able to order one and have it ready for pickup within the same day (few hours).

Great service! They were quickly able to fix a pump issue and my pool looks great. I love that they let you know before arrival and send a full report after. Top notch.
