I have to give a big shout out to the manager I spoke with, Andrew. I had an issue at the Starbucks inside the store, he was very apologetic about it, and he made things right

Quick stop for dinner.
In and out in just a few minutes.
There were a few lines open, so there was no waiting.

I had the best customer service from a gentleman at the meat and seafood counter. He helped me choose the right choice and even reapportioned a piece of fish for something more manageable for me and my budget. I cannot thank him enough and my shopping experience was improved by his positive attitude and helpful advice. I hope all my visits are as positive as this one was.

Best place for pharmacy, food and grocery shopping. On Thursday's they offer 5% discount to senior citizens.

I order groceries from this location and it's always a pleasant experience. The shoppers find great substitutions for missing items and they're always polite and funny on the phone. The delivery people though, I commend whole heartedly. They're so nice and polite. Especially the elder tall man and the lady with her own cart! Just lovely people all around.

This location is well staffed and organized. Before Covid this place was open almost 24 seven, but now the hours are reduced. The staff is always good and the checkout lines are fast ever since they introduced the self check out. They have a great selection of produce and a really good deli section as well as a wide variety of alcoholic beverages which include lots of wine.

Convenient, good shopping experience, except there are no longer free sugar cookies (I assume covid-related). Also expensive! Avocados were $3 each whereas they're $1 each at Brier Creek Walmart. You're welcome. ;)

Nov 2018: Simply my favorite place to shop. Two caveats: for some reason, the fresh lettuce (green leaf and romaine) always looks wilted and brown when I go on Sundays. They often have only the self-checkout lanes open later in the evening, even on weekends when they're fairly busy. It's not fun to check out a whole cart that way.
However, they always have great food and great help otherwise.

2012: We left a wallet behind in a shopping cart. Before my wife had called, it had already been recovered and was waiting in the Customer Service area. Through a miscommunication, she reached someone who was new - he spent 20 minutes hunting through the shopping carts and contacted her letting her know how to cancel credit cards, etc. When he got back in, he talked with customer service, they let him know they had the wallet, he called her back in seconds and stopped her before she cancelled cards.
In short - drop dead AMAZING customer service. Food is always outstanding, people are great, variety is unbelievable, prices are a bit higher than Food Lion, but for anything other than packaged foods, you definitely get what you pay for.
I have noticed the sale items clear out rather quickly during busy times, tho.

I go to this Harris teeter specifically because of how exceptional the customer service is from ALICIA in the deli. She is always happy to help and always a pleasure to interact with. Thank you Alicia

A real pleasure to shop here. Every associate I have interacted with has been helpful and friendly. This is the third Harris Teeter I have visited in the area, and my favorite. The store is clean and organized and, frankly, enormous for a HT. They also have an impressive beer and wine aisle.

Their cake baker/ decorator, Bea, makes the most delicious and beautiful cakes!!! She made my sons first birthday cake, and I have ordered cakes specifically from her ever since for my children’s birthdays (son just celebrated number 4!). They are always above and beyond what I ask for- we got soooo many compliments on our last cake Bea made- White cake, buttercream icing, and Bavarian cream filling….. wow. And it had the cutest race track which my son asked for specially for his 4th birthday… and just so you know… he still remembers the fire truck cake for him that she made the year before! Great job, Bea!!!

Harris Teeter was clean, well stocked, well organized. They had VIC card specials that saved me some funds. The staff are friendly and helpful.

This market, isn't just a market. Its more than a market. It's a gourmet chefs dream. Great quality produce, incredible seafood and meat selections . And the staff are so friendly and helpful. Truly appreciate their hard work to maintain such a spacious place clean at all times.

Always an pleasant experience whenever i shop at Harris Teeter. The staff on duty are always professional and really helpful. Big kudos to Pamela & Shaniqua in deli for keeping customers smiling being pressured with all the orders that roll through.

Went for a covid shot but ended up with a trunk load of groceries instead. Had an abundance of fresh produce, a variety of options for my normal staples, good prices, quick, and a very friendly staff. Thanks! A+

Friendly staff, good selection of products, tasty in-house foods (like the deli and salad bar), clean place. This is the Harris Teeter I frequent the most. Definitely recommend if that's a thing people do with grocery stores.

One of the older Harris teeter stores but it has been upgraded on the inside. Has a hot and cold bar, olive bar and a sushi counter. Decent beer and wine aisle. Pretty standard for Harris teeters.

Fantastic customer service! I shop there 5-6 times per week as much for the great staff as the great selection of groceries. The store manager has a knack for hiring, and the store is filled with polite, enthusiastic young people starting their working careers successfully. Where did he find them and put them all in one place? The store also has a cadre of friendly and efficient retired people who can fix any problem with a smile. There are several other stores in my area but I shop here because it is always a pleasant experience. If you hate Walmart in Brier Creek, shop at this store instead.

What a great experience at this location! I had to exchange a package of flat bread due to a tear in the package, and just for the inconvenience of having to come out James the manager fully refunded me the cost of the product! That's right, he refunded me for my time! What other grocery store does this?? What amazing customer service :)
