AT&T Store

The employees in this store are very helpful and knowledgeable. Starting from Isaac their manager and also his employees. A big shout out to Austin who helped us tremendously with our new phone. Me and my husband are really satisfied with Austin's service.

We went to get iPhone 15s at Stanford Ranch store. Isaac was very busy, just before closing; however, he handled all customers with exceptional professionalism. He addressed each customer as they waited and took care of customer-at-hand quickly and efficiently.

He is very knowledgeable of products and easy to talk to. He is a great representative and asset to AT&T and a pleasure to do business with.

The leadership here is amazing 👏🏻 I'm surprised Isaac can do so much with only one other employee. I will definitely be back and I'll recommend all my friends and family to come work with Isaac.

Austin was most delightful to work with. He was kind and patient and helped me get my phone set-up. He also helped me work on getting my iPad to function better. Mari was also lovely and kind, too.

I upgraded 2 phones online and had problems with AT&T. I went to the store on Stanford Ranch and talked to Issac. He was extremely helpful in assisting me even though he was busy. He was very courteous and professional. Both Issac and his assistant Austin walked me through the process. I highly recommend them to the online nightmare.

I came into the store for an upgrade and the rep, Austin ended up helping me get my new phone at a low price. He was very quick, knowledgeable, and helpful. I have been an AT&T customer for years and I wouldn’t trade the customer service or price for any other carrier.
