Went in to purchase a new phone. Was greeted by Cheyenne, who helped me with all aspects of my transaction! Very knowledgeable, and was a complete joy to work with. She is an asset to the ATT family!

Carol immediately greeted us and showed great patience. We were not sure we would buy a new phone, but knew we needed one. She quickly showed us the different options we had that fit the brand and price we wanted. She told us what was in stock since we needed it asap and we were able to make a decision. She went above and beyond to truly review our account and see what features we are using and others we are not that could save us money or allow room in the budget for additional devices. She shared the smart watch promotion with us which allowed us to get not 1, but 2, watches in addition to our new phone all for the same price per month we were paying before we walked in the store. We did not need a new watch, I just got one at Christmas. But, her explanation of the cost and savings made sense for us as well as the benefits of a service plan which differs from the brand watch we recently purchased in December. My husband was thrilled to be able to feel good about buying the watch from her, which he had really wanted to get me in December but at the time couldn't justify the cost so had previously gone with a less expensive brand. Not to mention, our 2 year old daughter was with us. Brad, another customer service person in store, took the opportunity to make our experience that much better when there were no other customers for him to help. He set her up with her choice of kid friendly movie on the big TV and made us feel safe to be able to focus on making decisions with Carol while our daughter was happily occupied. This overall experience was better than you could ask for, which is a lot to say considering previous visits to this location have not been as pleasant. Thank you Carol and Brad!

Was the fastest I have been helped in a long time. Kristina kept the conversation engaging helped by getting us to switch from dish. Also convinced me to get a new samsung galaxy ultra 22 , Which so far is amazing.

I want to compliment the customer service I received from the authorized representative (Will). He went above and beyond to help several folks at the same time. He was knowledgeable, patient and kind, as he wore a cheerful smile the entire time. I was already impressed at his courteousness and most thankful that he was going to walk me to my car since I was handicapped - then I was so surprised that he even swooped me up and carried me all the way to my car when I told him I couldn’t walk very fast. After that he also jumped in my car to connect my phone to the car as well. I just had to post this compliment for him since people are quick to post the bad reports and not always the good ones. He should (at the very least) be recognized and have a big pat in his back! What a wonderful example of customer service!

My fiancée and I went in a couple months ago to get her a new phone, and we were given the LAST Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra that ANY of their stores had in the entire Houston-Metro area! The top of the top of the line when it comes to mobile tech, and we got it on an upgrade. Joshua was absolutely fantastic, and we plan to come back for my upgrade sometime in the next month. Thank you again for the fantastic service!

As someone who has over 7 years in customer service with several in a retail sales environment, the negative reviews that I've seen seem a bit predatory in the sense that they wanted their service on THEIR time schedule without any appreciation for the service unless it was catered directly to their needs. I know this is not something that any of the employees or owners would say, but people seriously need to learn some self-awareness and responsibility...

Well maybe handle your issue from the online order with online customer service so that they can PROPERLY serve you. Unfortunately the larger companies get, the more compartmentalized they have to be with their service. Going to the store can often be best when handling orders from in-store, and online customer support is often best when handling online orders.

This store is nicely decorated and well staffed. The workers there were very nice and went the extra mile to assist me. It's location is a lil hidden but it's very convenient as it's located next to HEB where I shop for groceries. I've never had problems here and all my experiences here have been very smooth. As many times as I've had a pleasant experience here I just had to leave a review. Keep up the good work guys! :)

Joshua was very helpful and answered all my questions. I did not feel pressured into buying anything. I ended up getting a Pixel 5 and he was able to add a discount for me since I am a nurse. Highly recommend this location and I am very pleased with Joshua's knowledge and helpfulness.

Great experience at this store. Muh’s knowledge of the operation/setup of the phone was phenomenal along with his interpersonal skills. In addition, he was able to make me a great deal that allowed me to transition to ATT from another provider and save money on wireless service. He is a great asset.

Will, the salesman, gave me a great deal on a prepaid account with AT&T, which the other AT&T store in Dickinson was completely unaware of the special. He was very knowledgable and friendly. I will definitely go back to this location.
