I came to this location for internet service (not a current cellular customer) and had the best experience. There were 4 people working, everyone acknowledged and greeted me when I walked in and they were all so friendly. Octavia worked with me setting up my internet. She was very helpful and went out of her way to answer all my questions and made the entire process so simple, she took care of everything. I was in and out in 20 minutes and immediately had internet when I got home. Truly the best customer service I have had in a long time and very satisfied with my internet service so far.

Every time I go to this location, the staff are helpful & friendly, willing to do what they can to help, and often going above & beyond to resolve problems.

T-Mobile has the best internet, and this store has the best customer service.

Thanks to Kayla for being the perfect person to help my wife and myself swap our service from Verizon to T-Mobile. We had some interaction when other staff members also and everyone was very courteous and professional. I highly recommend the Pell City store.

The service was excellent! Brandon the sales representative answered every question I had no matter how ridiculous, was nice and professional the process was a bit long but I was switching my number and everything of the sort everything was as advertised and even a few things were tossed in loving the new iPhone if your thinking of switching then consider T-Mobile I left at&t and haven’t really noticed a change in my service

Got my latest I Phone XR about a month ago. Also got the Apple watch.

Visited to resolve operating problems with my phone. The associates manning the store in Pell City knew exactly what the problem was (a faulty update by one of my loaded apps). It was fixed in a matter of minutes, and I was on my way

Got the wifi added. They did not do a good job explaining how to hook it up.

Had a new phone added to account and it was seamless experience.
