So my mother had an air mattress and while she was at a 5 day brake the bed got unplugged. We had some issues with the mattress and had them check it out as it was not working correctly. Derek came out to show us how to properly deal with the mattress if we had issues. He went above and beyond with his knowledge of how the mattress works, even showed us if the power went out what to do. I called to let the company know what awesome service he provided and said that he needed to be a trainer for them. I also said that they needed to give Derek a raise!!

Austin did a great job! He called ahead of time to let me know when he would be at my house and showed up on time. He explaining all of the CPAP equipment, how do use it, make adjustments, and who to call to answer my questions. Thumbs up!

The team at Sego's is 10 out of 10. We had an issue that all other companies we contacted could not resolve and they were able to find a resolution immediately... Very thankful for their knowledgeable staff.

I had the misfortune of getting caught in some insurance loop hence the term too many cooks in the kitchen spoil the soup … it’s been a whirlwind! 2 weeks ago in a Monday…. In fact it the 30th of October …I received a phone call that I didn’t want to answer but…. I took a deep breathe and THEN said hello.. to my utter shock it was this tenacious medical supply company that took a verbal lashing from me it of my pure frustration over a electric wheelchair I’ve been trying to get since April … once I was through running my mouth … they were just wanting to set a time to deliver this chair ! I swear I thought it was a joke and asked for them To come the following day.. I have a guard dog which always makes me nervous when people come by my home.. she hates to hear a knock at the door also… it sets a rage in her andi can never calm her down fast enough.. ANYWAYS I’m saying this b’cause I have a list that MUST be adhered to and this young man did everything precisely as I had asked so unknowingly I came from Outback a was stunned! His name is Chis “I”? Shows up with this chair ramps up my steps the carpet rolled out .. all I could do was cry .., I HATE asking for anything andi felt I’ve worked hard all my life tjis shouldn’t have been hard .. welcome to the world if I insurance! Anyways it felt like Christmas.. YES I said it.. anyways not a moment too soon.I was scheduled for surgery Thursday November 4th now here I sit feet up laid back writing a review to say th .. kindly, Mary Tinkman

Liz helped me with the fitting of my CPAP and did a great job explaining everything.

However, I’ve been trying to get my supplies refilled and I’ve tried numerous times and no-one answers the phone. This is very frustrating. They cannot be this busy this many days and different times of the day!!!

I'm so happy that I finally got my scooter!!! Had gone through another medical supply company and they were very rude. It's a long story and I'm not one to throw anyone under the bus. I've just told a few people not to go through them. Let me tell you that Kristen was wonderful!!! My health insurance representative got in touch with Kristen and it was approved in less than 1 month. I've been waiting since February and hardly able to walk. Also Deven and Alex were suberb with getting it delivered. Alex told me the owner of the company loves 🟣 and it's my favorite color as well. Mr. Sego we need purple scooter!!!! Thank you with all my heart 💜🙏🙏🙏

I am so very pleased with the customer service and overall experience with SEGOS! I have only been working with them for a few months to obtain a motorized chair and today it was delivered by a very professional and friendly gentleman named Chris. The women in the office I worked with were Kailyn, Kim and Devin. They are so efficient and helpful. Their customer service is outstanding. Always kept me in the loop with frequent updates on the status of my request. I always knew what to expect and I appreciate that aspect of the company. It was a pleasure working with your staff to complete this process. Thank you and keep up the good work. Such a breath of fresh air to work with people who know their job and are happy to do it! I needed to get lift chairs for my mom and dad. Brenda was super helpful and knowledgeable. She went out of her way to help me understand what all the options were and guided me to pick the best one for my parents. Her willingness to go above and beyond to do detailed research made my parents feel comfortable and confident they were getting exactly what they needed and wanted. I also want to mention that the service technicians who installed the chairs were very personable and knowledgeable. They even took the time to show me the special features of the chair. I will gladly use Segos for any and all of my future medical equipment needs.

I want to share my experiences obtaining a mobility scooter through Medicare. First person to thank and acknowledge is Devon. She spent a lot of time with me explaining what to expect throughout the process. She was knowledgeable about the unit that would be fully covered by Medicare and also fulfill my needs for weight and how I would be able to comfortably transport it. She explained in detail the request by my doctor, the application, and the time it wold take once approved. She had patients answering my many questions and always maintained a pleasant and positive attitude.
Two other employees (who I call the “A” Team) Ashley and Alex provided so much help once my scooter arrived also deserve a big “Thank You!” as well.
Every call I made to this company was handled with courtesy and kindness.
I never had to leave the comfort of my home to select, order, receive and get training for my scooter.
Now for the first time since before COVID-19, I can leave my home and experience everything in comfort and confidence.

Wanted to personally thank Devon and the team at Segos. They literally pulled off what I felt would’ve been the impossible. Was waiting on my daughters wheelchair since last August. The waiting had to do w her incompetent primary Doctor. We where on a time crunch since my daughters new insurance would start next month and if that happened then we would’ve had to start the whole process again. Well I received the best phone call all year. Beyond happy to learn that my kid was getting her chair TODAY. Joe came by and adjusted the chair and woo hoo we were good to go. Once again, my everlasting gratitude to Devon , Joe and the Segos company. Eternally grateful.
