They gave me plenty of options to try and solve my issue with my phone. However it’s a situation where Verizon needs to offer more choices when it comes to protecting the camera lenses on the iPhone 14 pro. But the representative did explain my options and helped me so much.

Very pleased with the customer service provided today. Cole and the other gentleman whose name I can’t remember were both excellent. Both did an excellent job helping me out today and even taught me somethings about my phone I didn’t know. Would recommend them to anybody

Cole from your Clover SC store is the best ever! I came in right before close to get my daughter a new phone and he stayed after hours to help me. He went above and beyond and was very very nice. Most retailers would of been angry I was so late but he didn't mind at all. We need more Coles in this world 🌎

We got helped by Bahvin yesterday and he exceeded our expectations by a mile! This will now be the only verizon store we deal with just because of him. He knew the systems in and out, very knowledgeable about the phones and lines and gave us all the discounts we could apply. Such a great time 👍

I just moved from Fort Washington, MD to Gastonia, NC last year and I needed to find an Verizon store. Luckily I found them in Clover, SC. Everyone was so polite, respectful, and very professional. They provided excellent customer service! I have no complaints.

There was very little wait and my phone was ready for pick up. Noah was friendly and fantastic! He helped me with my phone and accessory purchases. He was also very knowledgeable.

I went in to upgrade my Pixel 3 to a Pixel 6a. Couldn't take my broken phone as a trade-in for that, but was able to get a GalaxyS22 Ultra, traded my Pixel, didn't raise my bill, and with all the promotions, it didn't increase my bill...plus I got lots of freebies! Cole was extremely knowledgeable, and Noah did an awesome job transferring files and getting my phone set up!

I love my new Samsung S22 Ultra and all the accessories I got to go with it. Cole was hilarious and friendly and it was honestly one of the best experiences I've ever had shopping. I can't wait to go back here next time I need something from Verizon.

Can't say enough good things about our experience with Bhavin and Cole. After spending a few hours in there upgrading 2 phones, I can honestly say Cole is one of the most knowledgeable and friendly service reps I've worked with. Will absolutely be a repeat customer when the time comes.

The guys in there were great and made for an easy and fun experience! Benjamin helped me out and was very knowledgeable about the products. I came in kind of knowing what I wanted and he didn't try to up sell me or get me to buy anything extra that I didn't need. Also the store is clean and they take precautions to make sure everyone is safe during this pandemic! I will definitely go back.

Doug greeted us professionally and gave us the time and attention necessary to purchase a new upgraded phone and answered all my user questions and as new customers entered the store he greeted them and remained focused on our transaction. We were impressed with the customer service given all around by him.
