Victor has the patience of a SAINT!! He was professional, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. He helped with the initial phone set up, billing questions on subsequent visits, and he helped me set up email alerts (that I couldn't figure out). On earlier visits, Adam and Mark also were great helps. I have found that no matter how many customers are in the store, I feel like they are paying attention to me and solving my problems. Great customer service!

Victor and Eli were wonderful to work with. They devoted all the time I needed and were very thorough. I know I can come back and get their help at any time. Great service!!

Victor helped walk me through all of the different options of phones to make sure I got the one that fits me best. He even helped walk me through which phone cases were best for what I was looking for. He was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. My significant other and I went here and our experience was amazing. I’ve never had great experiences in the past at Verizon stores but this store exceeded all my expectations. Victor went above and beyond for us, and provided us with excellent customer service. If there’s an award or contest, this man should hands down win!!!

Dave, the manager of this store is hands down the best help I have ever received related to a cell phone in my life. He is eager to do a good job. He is highly intelligent, articulate, and personable. I had a very tricky issue after a long day and he knew every single piece of the puzzle before we even went through the process.
