The UPS Store

On February 8, 2024, I visited the UPS on
Northdale Mabry. I have very little knowledge of technology and required help with getting through a fingerprinting process. There was a young man in the establishment named Mitchell who took time to assist me with the process. His supervisor, Jaime, came over, as well and assist with completing the process. These young gentlemen took time to invest in me getting this done. I must say that I had tried for three days to get this fingerprinting done with no success! So, today, having these young gentlemen take this time to help me really restored my faith in mankind. These two didn’t have to stop to help. But, they did. Thanks again to Jaime(Store Manager) and Mitchell.

Never had an issue at this store. There’s never a line and always someone ready to help. Great customer service. Only wish they opened earlier!

Great store! Resonable prices and an efficient and friendly team!

I had to bring back my spectrum Internet boxes and the process was quick and easy. I was literally in and out in less than 3 minutes.

Amazing ups store. Everyone is super knowledgeable and great. Came in to drop some stuff and there was a long line and one person at the register. One associate came in to help and immediately took care of everyone. Jaime and Cody were excellent and handled all customers like a pro. Store is cleans and organized as well, visual displays set up in a great way. Love this location, thank you!

The young ladies there, just now, really helped my mom and me out. They were thoughtful and showed us how to repack the merchandise. It could not all fit in the box. They were invested in helping us and went the extra mile. God bless them! They turned a very hard, awkward situation into a supportive one. Thank you, for giving us quality help. 🙂💯

I was in need of help not being computer savvy and the two young ladies Bella and Lexy at the store were life savers. They were so professional and experienced. They knew exactly what I needed and took care of it right away. Keep up the good word ladies!! I will definitely recommend this location.

I went in to get a document notarized. There was one guy waiting on 4 customers at the same time. He was professional and polite and made sure everyone was taken care of thoroughly and in a timely manner. Great customer service!!! Keep up the great work!!!

Amazing UPS store! I had an amazing experience with the store. Gabrielle was extremely helpful with getting my packages handled in a timely manner, I don’t know what I would’ve done without her.

I do all my shipping and printing at this location. The employees are fast and efficient and always have a smile when I walk through the door. So much better than dealing with the USPS!!! Rates are better and so much faster when shipping international pkgs.
The owner has always gone the extra mile for me and done all the printing for my gym!!

Hands-down the best UPS store in TAMPA! I teach the owner‘s children but even before they knew I was their children’s teacher they treated me right. Their employees are flexible willing to accommodate and just want to give you the best deal!

When I visited this UPS store, I was carrying a numerous amount of packages and even fell on my way in. Krista, an employee, rushed to my help and picked up all my packages while another employee, Maggie, brought me a cart to make my trip in easier. They treated my injuries while making sure I got some water in my system! They treated me with such kindness and kept a wonderful, friendly conversation. They made sure I had the lowest price and my package got to it’s destination right on time! I’ve been there a total of 28 times since this has happened and I just can’t stay away! It’s like a second home to me! Sometimes, I’ll buy things just so I can ship them because I’m dying to go back to this store! It’s a friendly environment with lovely young ladies working those registers like clockwork! I will NEVER EVER take my business to another shipping company! This is the place for me. This is home.

By far the most helpful and courteous customer service I have experienced at a retail location. I was so impressed by their knowledge and professionalism. I don't know much about shipping but the manager Andrew walked me through step by step to make sure my package got there safely and on time! Will definitely be using them to update and re-print my business cards!

I used to go to the UPS store by publix out by Sickles. Not anymore the people at this store are by far more professional and helpful. Anything you need wether it is a big ticket item or a little one can be done. I drive out of my way for the superior customer service. I tell everyone i know this is the store you need if you want it done right. I am the one dollar lady so they know.

This UPS store had superb service! The girls were very organized and sweet in nature. I believe one of them was named Barbara, and the other Kristy? They were both extremely helpful. I will definitely be returning to this one!

I arrived at this location with multiple heavy packages to ship. I brought the first one in and notified the staff that I have a few more in the car and they jumped out of their seats to come to my car to help me carry the packages in. You don't see customer service like this anymore anywhere. They care and are very concerned about the experience that you as a customer will have. Will be using them for all of my shipping and printing needs!

Excellent! Cody and the young man with him today were awesome helping me without hesitation. I used the fingerprint service but have been here for other things and never had a problem, thank you!

Went in and received help by your wonderful associate Tyler. She was so helpful and so sweet. I love how patient she was with me. She didn’t make me feel like I was an inconvenience. Will definitely be returning!
