I was pleased to walk into the store and find a very knowledgeable person who has consistently solved my iPhone problems. He was also able to multitask so I did not have to wait long.

Michael was amazing, a pleasure to work with. Very thorough in his explanations, patient when answering our questions, and so very knowledgeable!

My husband and I went in for both of our upgrades, and 3 of our 4 kids were with us. The kids were being kind of obnoxious but the sales people were very accommodating and didn't mind. The sales team was professional and courteous. Even recommended a lunch spot for our hungry goblins after we were finished. I completely enjoyed the experience with this team. Michael H was our personal sales person. We were treated very kindly and he was exceptionally patient with us having to tend to the kids throughout our time there. The best part was walking in, getting immediate service, and leaving with better phones and accessories especially since we had to bring the kids.

Jeff was very helpful and patient with me as we updated a couple of apps. He also explained some billing questions I had. I appreciate his support and professionalism with a good customer service 👍

My wife and I visited this Verizon store to upgrade my Samsung phone. The representative Michelle assisted us in the Verizon upgrade process which offered me a high value trade in allowance on a new device. She offered us great tech knowledge and a high level of customer service. Spent the time to transfer the existing data on my old phone to my new one as well. In a good conversation with her (not a hard sell) she pointed out that Verizon offered a upgrade offer for my wife's old iPhone and ordered her a new iPhone 15 Pro with a no charge for that upgrade. I am enjoying new Samsung and we are looking forward getting my wife's phone shortly. Shopping at this store was a pleasant experience, which is rare these days! Thanks folks at Verizon [Victra] store State Road 70!

Michelle was amazing at assisting my family and me with an extremely complicated and time consuming request while being the only associate in the store. She continually greeted incoming customers and multi-tasking to ensure everyone was assisted. I was visiting family (from DC) and this was the most pleasant Verizon experience I’ve had. Kudos to Michelle for her professionalism and amazing customer service!
