I've dropped off here twice. The first time was fast, easy and the guy was nice.

The last drop off was a 45lb quite large box. 2 men were instantly out the door to carry that in for me. Great service! Kind, courteous and patient while I found my drop off code. Turns out one of the helpful men was Mike the owner and his fantastic co-worker Danny.
I was so grateful for the help. Definitely an easy place to return packages! I'd highly recommend this UPS Store!

Had a few different returns and a few questions pertaining to packaging. Craig was very patient, kind and very knowledgeable. Will definitely make this my permanent UPS location thanks to Craig.

Roy did an amazing job. He was professional, friendly and got the job done efficiently at the least cost to me. He was full of useful information which made the experience flow like a well oiled machine. I was in and out in a flash.

This is my go to UPS store. They always take the best care of whatever I need shipped and are the nicest team of people. I have shipped dozens of shipments out through this store and have never had an issue. 5 star team and 5 star service every time 😊

We have shipped many things from the UPS Store on Palmbrush Trail and have always been impressed by the professionalism of the staff and the care taken with each item being received on time and without damage. Recently I had the opportunity to ship an item of great sentimental value to another family member. It was a wood and glass encased American Flag that had been flown over Bagram AFB in Afghanistan in my sister’s memory. When I handed it to Craig and explained what it was, I was amazed with the care and attention to detail that he took as he asked questions about the flag’s origin and meticulously wrapped it for shipping. The flag was received on time by my brother who also commented on how well it was packed. Craig and J.J. thank you again for putting in the extra effort.

I’ve been to this location so many times to return a bunch of Amazon orders and to print business cards, but today was the first time I went for their notary service. It was just as pleasant an experience as the other times. Ruth was able to notarize my document in just a couple minutes, and I loved her energy. This store has the best staff, and really does offer so many services. I hope this store doesn’t go anywhere, because it’s my favorite one-stop shop. Always fast service, but still 5-star quality every time. Thank you, staff :)

We have been using the PalmbushTrail UPS store for several years now and the staff Danny, Mat, and JJ do an outstanding job of taking care of customers with a big smile. They are very professional and eager to help. Really like this store!

I realized that I needed business cards on a Friday before leaving for a conference on Monday. I tried to get the artwork to the store earlier in the day, but then had to take my dog to the ER. It was 5:30 when I arrived at the store - 30 min before closing, and I needed the artwork to be corrected before they could be printed. I hated to be THAT customer, but it was urgent. Roy and JJ were amazing. JJ took care of closing the store down (was supposed to be Roy’s night) so Roy could help me with the artwork and printing the cards. Thank you, Roy, for staying late on a Friday night to help me. I am very grateful!!

UPS always gets my packages where they need to go unscathed and on time. Their staff are quick, courteous, friendly knowledgeable and helpful. JJ did a great job today!

The UPS on Palmbrush Trail in Bradenton are to be commended especially Roy who spent a considerable amount of time assisting my wife with several Amazon returns. Roy took care of it while showing my wife the correct way to process the returns.

aces all around: ) Craig was super pleasant and super helpful- needed paperwork notarized and i had questions regarding passport pictures- one stop shopping at its best!

Roy helped answer all my questions and was easily reached via phone and email. Compared to other print places, UPS had the most competitive pricing. Both Roy and JJ were both made my print job super easy. Wish all my errands had an easy button! I was in and out of there quickly. Highly recommend this location to others.

I helped my daughter move all of her personal belongings from Florida to the state of Washington. The guys at UPS gave us packing advice and even came out and helped us unload all 14 of her big boxes from the car. They all arrived on time! Thanks JJ, Roy, Craig and Matt. You guys are spectacular!!!

The staff, especially Craig, has been warm and professional. I drop mail off every week and they remember me and we always enjoy continuing our conversations.

JJ, the manager, Craig & Abby did an amazing job. There was no line because everything moved so quickly!!! I can’t even believe how fast 4 Amazon returns went. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE & everyone was amazing! I won’t go to any other UPS store!!! Thank you all!!!!
