Harbor Freight Tools

Great experience. I had a list and I asked the man working the aisles where the stuff I wanted was and he pointed out the 6 locations where the items were. One bin was empty and when I found the guy again he went to the back of the store and checked the inventory there. I left within 20 minutes with everything I came to get. It was 2:00pm and was a smooth efficient experience. The cashier was friendly and helpful also. Good for Harbor Freight!

Staff was very nice! It's clean, neighborhood seems safe, everything was reasonably priced. I got in a fun conversation with staff about local haunted places, really nice place

My boyfriend was working on his car and sent me to this location with a list of things. Not my first time there, but first time without him. The staff was great and asked if I just needed direction on which aisle items were. I looked at the guy and he said, "I got you." Someone showed up in less than one minute. He walked me around the store and found each item for me. One item was not there, and so he made a good recommendation for replacement that my bf appreciated, instead of me returning without it. So overall, I had a great experience on my first solo trip.

Toyland for adults. The manager for the Salinas location is top notch. He came out and worked with me personally while there was a line at the cash register. He helped me out with my purchase, I know he's trying to make money, but he did it in a responsible, generous, and conscientious way. That's the kind of customer service you can't even buy.

I have been going here for a bit and the folks here are really great and helpful. And it is harbor freight which has great prices and can find the diamond in the rough when looking. Or that tool that will help you around the house. Not everyone needs a pro power tool but they have a line that puts you in touch with great products.

It was a quick experience. in and out and happy smiles.

Great place for certain things. I just bought a welder roll around cart. I like it. It does the job.

It is perfect for what one expects

I always start with HB for a tool because I'm never sure that I will really use it. HB tools have good to quite good design and okay materials. The fit and finish is where they save the cost. If I use my HB tool a lot (or if I break it), I know what to look for in a better quality model. I know what features I care about. And I will have a fall-back or loaner

The store is always clean and well-stocked. I always check Harbor Freight before spending more for the same tools elsewhere. So far, I have no complaints with any tool or product in the store. The manager Omar is often about, checking in with customers and generally making the experience better for all.

A very wide selection of mostly good, mostly cheap tools. Of course they are undoubtedly all south east Asian imports. But, if you need a tool that is good enough to do the job, and don't want to spend more money than you have to, this is the place to get it.
With the plague declared over, no more masks or shots needed. And the prices are a bit higher, just like everywhere else.

Good store with good prices in a convenient location. Staff is fairly helpful. They're starting to introduce higher-end product lines, which is nice because sometimes you want to invest in quality tools and sometimes you don't.

For a weekend warrior harbor freight tools are good enough. Unless your all about the brand of tools. If your a full time mechanic then maybe the as good. But with the new icon brand of tools they look good and a good competition to the name brand of tools. I personally have not try them. But sure will in the future. The store as alot of tools to choice from. So I like it.

This place is like a present, a gift. The 'Packaging' on the outside is nice, but going inside is amazing. You can find not only lots of tools, but other items as well like painting products items for your car, this post doesn't do it justice at all. If you are in Watsonville, it's about a mile off of Hwy 1 North Green Valley exit. The Staff inside is very nice and knowledgeable and the prices are pretty damn good as well. Definitely worth the pop in.

Man, this place is great. The Manager and Supervisor were both working. They're great. Got me to what I came for super fast. Harbor Freight just keeps getting better. This isn't the same place it was 10yrs ago. Always improving. Good stuff!

This new location is Perfect. Store seems fully stocked. Had what I needed and in n out fast!

Lots of good quality tools at great value. Very good store layout. Excellent staff.
