Visited the Verizon store to upgrade my iphone 8 to 15. Great customer service... courteous and professional.

Great customer service .. Everette Manager went up and beyond to take care of my daughter in Charlotte Nc . As another business owner have not seen this type of customer service . Thank you Everette !

This particular store was the best because of the young lady with blonde hair helped me. Sorry I wish I had gotten her name. I broke my phone and I am out of town working and was in a hurry. She did a fantastic job. I always hate going into Verizon stores because it takes to long to get anything done. Been with Verizon for many years and by far she was the best employee I have ever dealt with.

The young lady that helped my husband and I was very friendly and was able to help us with everything that we were concerned about with our new phone .

Customer service was absolutely fantastic, even though I came an hour before they closed Thomas was super helpful and made sure I was set and ready to go within an hour.

Our experience with this Verizon store was fantastic. We got new phones and they were super helpful in getting everything transferred over from our old phones. I highly recommend this store, the employees are nice and go the extra mile to help you.

Garrett was very knowledgeable and helpful. Even though the store was very busy and he was the only employee, he took the time to answer questions and assist with getting new phones transferred. He even stayed past closing time to make sure the we were taking care of.

Everyone in the store was polite and friendly while quick and efficient. I appreciated the experience.

I went into the store expecting the typical “sales” experience where they would try to push expensive things onto me that I don’t need. What I got however was a genuine human being who listened to what I wanted and didn’t try to change my mind or give me anything I couldn’t use. I ended up buying my accessories and even a watch too from here simply because they weren’t trying to sell me something for no reason | He explained how they could make my life easier. Justin was amazing and REAL! definitely the best experience I’ve ever had in a phone store and because of him I’ll keep Verizon even though they are more expensive than the competition.

This store hands down is the best! The customer service is beyond excellent. My sales associate William was amazing. From the moment I walked in the door until I left with my new phone he was right there to explain everything and answer any questions I had.

We Just had the most Fantastic Experience at this Verizon Retailer Store. Our Sales Associate was Renee and she fixed us up with everything we needed and then some. We loved this store and plan on going back for all our phone and tablet upgrades in the future!.

Very friendly employees! Was able to pick up my phone and be on my way home in less than 30 minutes.
Saber was very friendly and offered additional products for the phone, but was not pushy or rude about it. I look forward to working with him when we go to get two more new phones.

I can't say enough about Jackie. She was the only employee at the store and still managed to calmly wait on all customers....all while spending over 4.5 hours trying to get us switched to a business plan. She made numerous calls, sometimes managing 2 phone calls at once while also waiting on customers so they didn't have to wait. Victra is so fortunate to have an employee like her. Not many could do what she did and it's really a shame that she was expected to do so. None the less, she never complained and went the extra mile for each customer that entered the store this evening! Thank you Jackie!!

Tyler is hands down the most amazing person in the world! She takes care of you quickly and with a smile! She is always helpful and goes out of her way to make sure you get all things taken care of

The team on Southside did a great job. Polite, patient, andfun. You can tell the workers there work hard but have fun doing it. If you need a new phone go see the south side location!
