Bought a switch two days ago, had to return it and Nicki a super helpful even it being 30 mins to close. She was amazing, you guys keep her around.

My wife and I visited to purchase a switch, we didn't know anything about the different models

The employee, Rachel was very quick to see our confusion and come over and help us, she explained the differences between the versions and even found us a special edition switch among the pre-owned

She helped us find the titles we were looking for even when couldn't remember ourselves, all we had to do was explain what we had seen in commercials, she helped us with all of the warranty and account information as well as giving us free codes for in-game cosmetics
She was great!!!

The GameStop itself is massive and very clean with a huge spread of merch that doesn't feel cramped at all

I bought NBA 2K18 and got a warranty on it for only two bucks, my brother decided he didn't want it so I got a full refund and got AC Rogue instead for myself. The disc had spots on it so I called and she said they had another disc that looked much cleaner and I could keep my warranty. they had it ready for me right as I walked in the door. Basically the customer service is great!

5 stars because all of our interactions with employees have been great due to the employees being so friendly, helpful and kind. I have watched YouTube videos condemning some of the ways Gamestop conducts business yet the employees deserve 5 stars based on the excellent service I have received every single time.

This is my home store the new people are helpful and I will be back again and again I still think Brandon was the best Manger they ever had but this new group is ok from what I seen so far. They still haven't won all my trust but they are working on it

No one tried to sell me something I didn't want, clerk was knowledgeable and friendly, and found a game for me that wasn't on the display rack. The prices were comparable to online prices. Their selection of toys and shirts has gotten much better. I had an unexpected better shopping experience than I wouñd expect from a Game Stop.

Great prices and a variety of merchandise. Staff is always professional and well mannered. This is the best GameStop in Aiken County. Whether your looking for games, a tee shirt, trading cards, or decorations for your "man cave" this place has it all.

Went in to return my ps4 copy of cyberspunk 2077 as it was unplayable and was met by an impeccable she-ogre who had the lovely aroma of onions, while marveling at her beauty i happened to overhear some hooligans making demeaning remarks on this fat goddesses form, to which I promptly swept in and gave both fiends a verbal lashing for their discriminatory behaviors. These heroic acts were noted by the cashier and I was rewarded with a full refund and a 5% off coupon.

I came here the other day to exchange my elite controller. They greeted me as soon as I walked in and staff was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Keep up the great work!

Sales associate helped me get a Nintendo switch together for the boyfriend for Father's day. He was kind of young so I dont he cared too much. Lol. But he got it done.

I had a problem with a game that I had purchased for my son from Amazon, It has been over 90 days since my purchase so I was out of luck with Amazon. We took the game to this location in North Augusta and asked if they could help, I did not expect them to be able to but did it for my son. The guy working that day was not only SUPER friendly but he helped us even though he did not have too. I have purchased games from this store in the past but from now on it will be the ONLY store that I purchase anything game related. Wonderful customer service that is almost impossible to find anymore.

Great environment, organized great customer service. Really loved the collectibles they had not from the area but hope will re visit the place again.

Enjoy this store because the staff is always friendly and prices really aren't that bad compared to online prices. If you want items now then go here instead of waiting.
