Google Store Chelsea

So I almost fully live in the Google ecosystem so when I was in town I decided I had to drop in to the Google Store. It was pretty cool to be able to go in and get hands on time with the new Pixel phones and to try out some of the new features. I had just gotten a new Pixel phone but was happy to compare my device to the other Pixel 9 devices.

Pretty much any of the current phones and nest devices are available for purchase here and there are plenty of employees around to answer any questions and help out. I was trying to buy some new headphone tips for Pixel Buds Pro and sadly there weren't selling any. However, one of the staff was kind enough to point me towards the Pixel Buds 2 demo station which had new ear bud tips used in the demo. He told me to feel free to take some of those tips and they may fit my older generation pixel buds.

I was hoping to buy a new case for Pixel 9 Pro Fold but was bummed to see that the black version was sold out. I was informed that they would be restocked in a couple days but I would already be out of town by then. Good news is I could buy it online and have it delivered to my home.

Great Google Store for repairing your Pixel phone. Very spacious and ability to tryout the next Pixel lineup. They will greet you and asked about the issue with your Pixel phone or tablet.

The Google Merchant Store in Chelsea, NYC, is an absolute delight for any tech enthusiast. I was there today for #MadebyGoogle event. The exquisite minimalistic interior decor is both chic and inviting, perfectly complementing the state-of-the-art gadgets and phones on display. With cutting-edge technology at my fingertips, each visit is a beautiful experience. The customer service associates are impressively knowledgeable and courteous.

This Google Store is pretty close to the road and can be easily noticed from a vehicle in normal traffic. There’s also wheelchair accessible ♿ entrance ensuring a seamless access for every everyone.

Love the Google stores . All products available. The staff is friendly. I am a Google fan so seeing stores where you can go and experience the products is really a great experience.like the layout of the store, simple ...and efficient.

It was one of the best moments to visit the first google store. I have been a Google fan since the first Android phone G1 and G2 and I had all pixel phones except pixel 5.

I collect Google products as well including the Google debit card they introduced a while ago and stopped it in 2014.

I had the best customer experience so far from representatives of a tech company. After spending some time at the store, I also had the chance to see how Valerie and Ranzi handled their job masterfully. From my personal and professional perspective, they hit all the check boxes. I wish them a successful career and hope that Google takes good care of them.
It's worth mentioning that I also paid attention to the crew surrounding them and I can extend my compliments on how they were handling their customer service.

Can't say enough good things about my experience today being helped by Gabe and Matthew. Incredible customer service, these are two people who are really phenomenal at their jobs. Gabe in particular shared with me why he enjoys educating people on how to properly use their devices and his philosophy shows such respect for people expending the effort to learn technology they are not familiar with. Really just a fantastic customer service experience today.

I went to the google store on 9/14/24 and I just to say that Jake was an amazing example of what an employee should be. He was kind, took time to highlight the components of the watch I was looking at, and very patient. I truly hope google knows what a stellar employee he is and how he made my experience worth the trip to the store. I also want to shout out the gentleman who was assisting me with setting up the watch. I believe his name was Victor but I might be wrong but Jake brought me over to him and he was stellar as well. Both gentleman did a great job. So shout out to them!!!

Traded in my Pixel 6a, upgraded and transferred to Pixel 9. Everything went smoothly and the staff member (Herb?) was very helpful, kind and patient with the long transfer process. Preferred to do the trade in at the retail store instead of having to mail it in. If/when I upgrade again with a trade in I will definitely do it at the store.

Lots of help for sales. Picked up my Pixel 9 in less than 5 minutes on opening day and the same for my Pixel Watch 3 a few weeks later. Might just have to stop in again for updated pods, etc. This place costs me a lot of money! :) I will say I wish they had given better notice that I could have done my trade-in in store rather than hassling with the mail. I'll keep that in mind next time around.

Amazing store with the most pleasantly helpful staff! Everyone should visit this store for a great experience and witness the Google ecosystem in action! Kiana was great.. I love my new Pixel 8 Pro!

Awesome store, it is so nice that Google has a physical store in NYC and Brooklyn. All the hardware and accesories are here, plus some souvenirs that are a bit overpriced but they are awesome if you are a Google fan

We were previously at this store last year and had a wonderful experience, and I can happily say this year was no different! New phone, Watch, and tablet from Google, but same great team of staff at Google Store Chelsea! It was a very interesting experience this year, one of the associates discussed how they’re a user of both phones the Pixel and iPhone but explained how they use their Pixel 7a for their various vacation photos and the Magic Eraser to get rid of noise in their background. Meanwhile another associate was able to recognize us from our trip to the store last year, which was our first visit to the store.

Super customer service. I came with an appointment to repair a glitch on my phone screen. They told me it would be ready in about 4 hours to replace the screen, however it was repaired in less than an hour! The staff is super helpful. I highly recommend this store. Overall superb experience

The store was very clean and the presentations were well done. All of the staff were friendly Jericho at the help desk was able to get the sim card that broke off in my old pixel 4 out of the device. Now that the sim is out the phone can be traded in or recycled without risk of data being stolen. The phone surprisingly even booted back up. My first visit was a pleasant one, and I hope to return at a later date for future purchases. 9-15-24. Came to check out the new Pixel hardware and found out you get immediate trade in value here vs the online store. I may be back next week ;) Pixel Buds Pro 2 sounded amazing!

Great experience and very friendly staff. I didn't have to buy anything here but wanted to check the store out and it was a fun experience being inside those rooms showcasing the different devices that they had. I still manage to buy some accessories before I left. Wish I took some pictures but I will most definitely go back. Glad to be a pixel user. #teampixel

I had an excellent experience at the Chelsea location. I came in with an older Samsung s10e at the end of its life. I bought a Pixel 8 and the staff, Gabe and Gabby, in particular, helped me change providers, activate the new phone, transfer data from the painfully slow old phone, and get the Google Fi rebate. Very helpful and thorough. Lots of items in stock, including phones with colors and expanded memory unavailable online. Very satisfied.

Can't imagine the after sales service without an official Google Store nearby. It's just simple, quick, and easy to get your phone fixed under warranty. Once in a while, they have special promotion of current lineups and accessories. Not much of the Google brand stuff, like T-shirts, as it was in Silicon Valley.

On Friday August 9th, I was greeted by all staff at the Google Store in Chelsea. Everyone was super welcoming and kind. Ranzi took care of my issue (I dropped my phone and the screen senor was not working properly) and was very thorough. He was able to diagnosis the issue pretty quickly and assured me that they would do a full assessment to make sure there was no additional damage. They were able to assess my phone and fix it under an hour! I was shocked and so very happy! This was my second visit to the Google Store for a phone repair and I would 1000% recommend their services to other folks. They are all very welcoming, kind, knowledgeable and efficient.
