AT&T Store

This young lady Johaly made getting a new phone a very pleasant experience. I have been dreading upgrading my iPhone 8 for sometime now. But Johaly made this experience fun and informative! This was a clinic on how customer service should always be!! She was very knowledgeable about products and plans that best suited my needs.

Staff was friendly, advised me on the best promotions and helped me transfer my information, didn’t know this store was here but glad I found it

I went in this afternoon to replace my 2 old phones on prepaid plans with newer phones on a contract plans. I anticipated waiting a long time and getting mediocre customer service as that has been my experience at other stores but I am pleased to say that this was absolutely not the case. I was greeted promptly by the customer service rep (Taylor, I found out later) and the wait was only about 15-20 minutes. Not bad as she was working by herself that day. She then spent 2 solid hours working with me getting my phones switched out and showing me some of the basics for getting new phones up and running. It took so long as there were a few technical glitches getting old numbers transferred to the new lines, but she was deliberate at getting these issues resolved and very apologetic and considerate in the way she handled all of the issues that kept arising- which I do not believe to be her fault as I have had these issues before at other stores in getting them transferred. In spite of all of this, she was able to also help 3 other customers (which she made sure i was ok with before doing this) while continuing to work on getting my accounts and phones up and running. The phones work great and she actually talked me into a different type of device than I intended on getting based on our family's needs. I could not be more pleased and am so grateful that Taylor was able to help me out today. I definitely recommend this store and her as a customer service representative. I will return the next time I need help with my phones.

Brand new customer and I’ll probably never visit another store again, not because of anything bad, but because Carlos and Evan were absolutely amazing today! We are living in the craziest of times right now and while in the store purchasing my new phone...I actually forgot about the craziness of the world! If you’re looking for excellent customer service, big selection of accessories and just an overall great experience, please do yourself a favorite and stop by to see Carlos and Evan! Super helpful and friendly staff who try their best to get you the best deals and help you save money.

First off I would like to say this is by far the best AT&T retailer in Durham. Carlos went above and beyond for me and my business. I have had a business account with AT&T for almost 10 years now and this store has assured me that my decision to stay with AT&T is the right move. I came back the following day and Evan the manager was not only jovial and courteous but he went above and beyond for me as well. I don't usually write reviews but I have never had customer service like this and feel these guys deserve the praise. Thank you Carlos and Evan you guys truly are amazing!

If you need help with anything related to AT&T, I strongly urge you to visit this location and specifically ask for Taylor if she is present. She went above and beyond to help me with my complicated issue. She gave me all possible options and helped me decide what was most cost effective for me, and also patiently waited and urged me to call customer service to get additional support where she didn't have system access. Just great customer service all around!

Chris saved the day!! After numerous attempts to unlock my phone, we went into an AT&T store to seek help. Chris quickly troubleshooted the issue, helped call tech support and successfully unlocked my phone!! Thank you, Chris!

Shashank provided incredible customer service helping me switch from Verizon. Corporate ATT messed a few things up and he helped fix everything. I usually prefer doing everything online, but the hands on help he provided made it a much better experience. Thank you!

I travel to this store because Carlos customer service is outstanding!!! He is courteous, knowledgeable of the products and professional. During the pandemic with social distancing, he always makes waiting your turn worth it!!! AT&T he is indeed an asset to your company!!!!!!

I really enjoyed my visit to the Durham-Chapel Hill store on 15-501. The store manager Al was great. He had good personal skills. He helped me with my family's service plan. I will definitely visit the store again.

Great service and clean atmosphere. Employee had a short line and went out of his way to let me know it would be a little and said if I wanted I could get Starbucks and my spot would be held in line. All things considered, it took half the time I figured and would have taken if I went to the store down on McFarland! Would recommend!

Great service. Not sure what the last two comments are about. I come here usually 2 times a month to pay my bill for tv and cell phones. Both Carlos and I believe his name is Evan, do an amazing job checking into my account and giving me a smile and a nice convo. They even give me a complimentary bill analysis once a month to make sure no new plans or anything can save money. If I could give you guys 10 stars I would. Thanks for making a bill payment less stressful!

I love this AT&T store!! Carlos is so courteous and professional and ALWAYS goes above and beyond to get me the best deal. Plus I NEVER have to wait like the other AT&T locations. Definitely check out this location.

After an unsatisfactory experience at another AT&T store, we were very grateful for Keithan's courtesy, helpfulness and particularly his competence. He listened carefully to our problems, spoke encouraging words, then resurrected our data and configured the devices in a short time. This is a level of service one always hopes for, but does not often encounter.

Went to the ATT store at 4010 Durham Chapel Hill Blvd in Durham yesterday to upgrade an iPhone and troubleshoot an IPad. Carlos and Taylor were amazingly helpful, polite, technically competent and not only upgraded our phone seamlessly, they made us aware of an AARP discount that the online customer service group did not. They trouble shot my IPad issues in about 1 minute after waiting 3 days for the ATT online “Urgent Case” division to solve the issues. Saved us a bunch of money every month on our plan. I enjoyed our visit so much that I went back today to buy another iPad and added that line to our other 3 devices. We went from a shared 20 GB data plan for 3 devices, to an unlimited elite data plan for 4 devices with 400 GB’s of data for almost the same price. And we even got HBO MAX for free for a year. They were even able to get the $30 upgrade/new service fees waived. All around great service. Highly recommend Carlos and Taylor if you are looking for great ATT service.

I received my help initially from one girl whom begin helping but later started to slack off in the end because her shift was about to end.I then had to get help from another associate. I had an extremely hard time with my old phone service provider releasing my number but a young man by the name of Ricardo worked very diligently to help me with the transition process. I couldn't believe how much effort he put into making sure I could keep my same number and also have a very painless process. Although straight talk made the process wayyyy longer than it needed to be Ricardo did not give up and even stayed over his closing time to put on my screen protector and make sure everything was great. Thanks again Ricardo! He's the man!

Amazing service from both Chris and Carlos. We laid out a pretty complicated plan of the services we wanted, and Chris figured it all out. This was no easy task. Getting great service is such a treat! I can’t recommend them strongly enough.
