My husband and I came to the village to stop at Journeys shoes to get me some new shoes. Journeys wasn't open (they're supposed to open at 10...its now 11 and they're still not open.) Anyways, we hit Van's instead for my husband. He got 2 pairs of shoes and he's very happy. The staff was very nice and helped with finding his sizes in anything he wanted to try. We went shoe shopping for me, but ended up only getting shoes for him. He looks snazzy in his new kicks and I'm happy with Van's service. Thanks guys!

Great shopping experience today! Madison was SO knowledgeable, sweet, and helpful. Both kids walked away feeling awesome about their selections. She was so patient as we tried on one of everything 😩 Madison is top notch! Best shopping experience we have had thanks to her. We will definitely be back.

I recently purchased 10 pairs of shoes for my office staff and was fortunate to have Avery help me out. She went above and beyond to assist me in my order. I had to go back in, not once, but twice to exchange sizes for my employees and luckily she was there to help me navigate the process. I lost the receipt and she hand no troubles in finding a way to help me get what I needed. Her customer service skills are exactly what I want in my team members. Give her the keys to the store, she’s got it down. Thanks again Avery.

Amazing experience today with an exchange. They scanned the shoes I brought in, told me how much the were currently valued at, and very extremely helpful on the floor. They ended up paying me back $.02 as well, wished me a good day and I was in and out in 10 minutes. Couldn’t have asked for an easier or smoother exchange!

Went shopping during the busy holiday season and Phoenix really went above and beyond to help us out. Grabbed several shoes, clothes that were up too high - did everything with such a great attitude to make our shopping experience quick and easy; even though the store was very full and he was clearly busy. I’d go back just knowing he’s there!

Sounds like the mask policy worked for Sgt. Thurman. It’s intended to protect the employees from tools like you and the other customers in the store. Vans store Meridian, you are all awesome! Every time I come to visit I buy something. Long time customer of the Vans brand of over 20 years and will continue! I love all the custom shoes you get in! Thanks for being so accommodating, keeping your doors open and putting up will all the BS from people like Thurman! Your service to the customers and the employees is truly top notch!!!

Love this place. They have a great selection of shoes and accessories. The staff is knowledgeable about the products they have but also are not pushy. This one is much bigger then the one in the mall. They have shoe sizes from newborn to adult. They have a great rewards program as well, we bought one pair of shoes and got $25 off the next pair. I will be going back

Great customer service! Went in with a gift that was the wrong size(online purchase)and upgraded to the shoe of my choice. Old Skool Skateboarding black/gum. Paid the balance and done. Sweet!

Friendly staff, helped us find the right size of shoes. Had to order the ones my kids wanted as they were out of their size in the store.
