The store manager Carson was very sweet and helpful and helped me solve all my problems

I needed a new phone and went to the Temple ATT store yesterday to shop for a new phone. Stephen explained all the new phone prices, plans and options to me. I selected my new phone and Stephen set up all the feature and apps I needed. Great customer service at this store!

Stephen was one of the best associates I’ve ever dealt with. Was very informative and gave me all the prices and breakdown. I’d recommend him and this store to everyone!

I live out of town and visited the store several months ago. I had a clear phone protector put on my phone in the store by an associate that no longer works there. When I got home I noticed the phone protector was not sealing on to my phone correctly.

I called and spoke with one of the managers Ashley. She was so very helpful and went about and beyond any customer service I have seen in a long time. Since I lived out of town, Ashley went out of her to help me by sending me a new screen protector. I asked Ashley for help and she not only helped me, but went above and beyond and really understood me! I strongly recommend visiting this store if you are in the Temple area.

I am a Verizon customer, but her help made me want to consider changing over to AT&T.

I went to the AT&T store in temple yesterday Friday 4-21-2023. The guy who helped was the absolute greatest of my time dealing with cell phones. It’s the location by the BS&W hospital and the service center of the CVS And wendys Which is behind the CVS. he handled everything with politeness and very professional attitude was very nice. I got there early and I was at the time the only customer but they started to trickle in the store until there was probably 7 customers in the store. He handled everything great. Never once did he get frustrated with anyone of the customers including me but these things take time no need to rush it because it’s not something that can be. I enjoyed my experience and the employee was a wonderful person and a great help with everything to do with my cell phone. Thank you for the help AT&T in temple tx

We went to the ATT Store and we got excellent service and it didn't take that long at all.

My wife and I purchased two new iPhones at this location and Bryce was very helpful. The manager came by and checked on us also and was nice. Another employee would visit with us while Bryce was focusing on our phones…very friendly and welcoming…overall a very positive experience!

Will shop there again!

Caitlyn and her coworker were very professional and nice.

I wanted to upgrade my phone and am so happy they had the model I wanted not like other stores.

They explained everything I needed, set up a perfect plan for me including some discounts I did not even know I could get, and now I’m very satisfied with my new phone. So glad I went there!

Dominique Was very helpful with my phone he went above and beyond to get my Phone and Apple Watch fixed. We were very blessed to have such a kind and knowledgeable person helping us.If we have anymore issues I’d would definitely want to work with Dominique again

Excellent service from the guy who was working the day I went in for help with my phone, but the woman NEEDS to be trained on customer service. She didn't even greet me when I came in, I thought that she was a customer, at first.

Called this store as the other was too busy to answer their phone.
Talked to the new manager Dillon & we came in immediately. He helped us upgrade early, and get black Friday deals on top of that. He spent over an hour helping us and I wouldn't go to anyone else! We appreciate everything he was able to do today!

Decided to give this store another shot cause the other store was so busy. The experience was incredible, the new manager Dylan did a full breakdown of all my bills in order to see where we could save to help towards the cost of my new phone. The entire staff was different and friendly, never thought I'd have fun at an Att store. They treated me more than just a number and sale, I won't be going anywhere else!

I live in killeen but i definitely make the drive all the way to temple for all of my AT&T needs. Their customer service is amazing and they are very knowledgeable about their products and services.

My son broke his phone and I went into this store to check out my options. Dillon was was excellent in helping us not only get my son the phone he wanted but my husband and I were also able to get new phones as well. Dillon found discounts and credits that we were eligible for. He is very friendly, knowledgeable. I will definitely go back t I'll this store. Thank you Dillon for all your help!

Went to get a surprise gift for my partner here, Joshua was so helpful and was very easy to work with 10/10 one of the best experiences I have had at a mobile store! Associates like Joshua are the reason I switched to AT&T! Wish I could give more starts!

I went to another AT&T and they told me they couldn’t help and sent me to the The Geek Squad. (Which isn’t even open due to covid) so i tried this AT&T. This is where I’ll be going for any future business.

This store is amazing literally made the entire switch from one carrier to AT&T completely painless! I will never go to another store! Everyone in the store helped out I had a great time and I will always bring my needs back to this store on 31st

Desney is an amazing hard worker she had me laughing and enjoying what is usually a tough transition for me! I will be going back to her for all of my phone needs in the future 10 Stars!!!
