Thank you to your staff in the pharmacy department for expediting my prescription and adding an otc med to the order for my son to pick up for me in a timely manner. I had been working on getting the care and prescription since about 1230 today. Your staff was not aware of this but went above and beyond regardless. We need more people like this to give great customer service.

I recently moved to the USA. It is very difficult for me to explain what my doctor prescribed, especially since I moved from Raleigh recently. When I visited Walgreens on Avent Ferry, I felt very stressed. It was so nice to meet this dream team at 200 N Lasalle St. Especially Jasmenii, Rebecca, and Rose provided amazing customer service. Thank you for your understanding and your kindness towards a foreigner who is just getting acquainted with America. I strongly recommend that the regional manager take a closer look at these wonderful people. God bless you and thank you for your work and care for your customers.

This is *mainly* a pharmacy review. So I’ll start with that—11/10. They have great service always and typically can quickly resolve issues. I drive past closer locations because of this staff y’all! Today they made miracles happen. Thank you to all of y’all. I’ve also shopped in the store a few times and I’ve never had a bad experience! Organized and efficient service. 100!

This is in regard to phone service that I experienced yesterday. I was calling about the "rapid test" offered for COVID. My call was answered on the first ring! The staffer was knowledgeable and gave me all the information that I needed about receiving the test. Also, she was positive! Win, win.

I’m not sure why I haven’t left a review here before…… I visit this store VERY frequently, I just realized I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff here are amazing.

Deforrest(i’m sorry if i’m misspelling your name) was SO patient and helpful with my transaction. I did two different transactions while figuring out how the coupons work through the app and I am so grateful that he did his best to help me work it out. I’ve never had a bad experience at this Walgreens, everything always goes quickly and the staff are always kind. Thank you guys!

I've always experienced excellent customer service here, but this review is especially for Damica. I bought a replacement pair of sunglasses because they're THAT awesome. My previous pair just broke after I got hit in the face with a volleyball. Damica provided superb customer service and made me feel welcome! Damica was genuine and extremely friendly. I really enjoyed talking to her and I could tell how much she truly cares about providing excellent customer service. Thank you Damica!!!!!

I have been going to the rite aid on Lasalle for over 5 year and have always had good service. They have messed up on small things before BUT HAVE ALWAYS FIXED it. I can call and they know who i am and answer any questions I have. Not all employees are the fastest but most are good at their job.

I work here, but from a customer pov I think our staff is pretty nice and helpful. We have a hella rad store manager, and we have squishmallows. That is all. Lol.

Best Customer Service. We know all stores have shortage of help, but have patience they are doing their best.
