Walgreens

This is the first big corporate pharmacy that I’ve actually liked! I’ve been a regular at quite a few Walgreens and Cvs locations and this location always impresses me. The front staff is always nice and helpful. The pharmacy staff has gone out of their way multiple times to help me. I truly appreciate that. The wait sometimes can be a little annoying but I know most pharmacies are stretched thin these days so I understand.

I went for my flu shot yesterday and not only was it painless, in every way but I am immune suppressed and the pharmacist ran down the info that allowed me to get my COVID booster today. And once again it was painless. She was so nice and gives a great shot!

Once again, I was extremely delighted of an exceptional customer service my wife received few minutes ago. I would like to commend Steven, Pharmacy Tech at Walgreens at Hillandale Rd, Durham, NC for his extraordinary service. My wife admired his utmost patience in helping her to assist acquire a drug manufactorer's discount. Steven spent more than 15 minutes on the phone, being pass on to several extensions on the phone. With his supreme diligence, we were able to get the discounted price of the prescription medication. We would also like to thank the other staff who helped made this transaction possible. Kudos to y'all!

Few months back:
I know how important customer service is to an organization such as Walgreens. This is to commend Howard, the Pharmacist at Hillandale Rd, Durham. Every month, a prescription refill of my son requires a form to fill out by a pharmacist in order to get a drug company coupon discount. Howard has not failed to assist us in this regard. He is always very pleasant, kind, patient, and above all, very professional. My wife & I, are very grateful of his exceptional customer service!

I got my flu shot today and Abdullah was great. He answered my questions, gave me the shot, and I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Great service!

I must say that Abdullah is a great man. I was having a panic attack I received the prescription from right next door 🚪 I want to apologize for how I acted at first I was upset that they had to get a prior authorization but after we got that straight he even paid for the prescription! Thanks man this is ELMO TAYLOR I DEEPLY APPRECIATE YOU YOUR NAME SAYS IT ALL (god is great) thank you 🙏

This review is specifically for the pharmacy. They are the nicest, sweetest people, and they really go out of their way to help their patients. Meer and Sally in particular are just fantastic. They're super knowledgeable, they remember their patients, and they actually care about the people they help. Meer always looks out for me and helps me get the best deal possible on my medications, and Sally just called me to check up on me -- just to make sure I was okay on the new meds! They really go above and beyond in every way. If Walgreens corporate ever gets ahold of this review, give these two a raise and some kind of distinguished service award, because they are without a doubt the best pharmacists I have ever had.

This review is for the pharmacist, Meer. He is the best pharmacist I’ve ever met. Took my 87 year old father in law for a flu shot there and Meer made the experience so comfortable and actually enjoyable! Funny, nice and professional!

After getting fed up with CVS on Carver, I decided to give Walgreens a try especially since they are located next doo to Duke Urgent Care. They were busy and I was expecting to wait at least an hour like I have at CVS in the past. I was pleasantly surprised that I was in and out in 10 minutes and that included them filing my insurance and filling my RX. I found everyone to be very friendly and the store was very clean( I think its a newer store) Will def be using again!

Jermaine (I believe that was his name) was Beyond helpful today. Had a crazy amount of stuff and he seemed to genuinely enjoy helping others. Was so kind and didn't make me feel rushed or troubling. Thanks so much!!

Never waited more than 10- 15 min. for an Rx. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and conveniently located near my PCP.
