My 15 yr old daughter purchased a phone from Amazon but had trouble getting the SIM card to work.. Robert had it figured out and we were out of the door in 20 minutes!! Both employees were kind and friendly as my 2 yr old ran around the store... Thanks again!!

I was at your store at around 1pm maybe before on 10/18/2020 to upgrade phones and the employee who helped me I'm horrible at remembering names but maybe Chelsey? A young light skinned girl but she was absolutely tremendous even let us know she was new because she had to ask the guy working with her for a little help but they was both awesome Chelsey was so friendly kinda wanted to ask her on a date 😀

Kudos to Mimi for helping me with a sim card transition from Sprint to T-mobile! I had problems with a previous attempt at another location and I was somewhat ambiguous. But Mimi did it and made it look easy. Thanks Mimi!

I liked the fact that I wasn’t ambushed with a million questions when I opened the door. When I walked in no one was in the main area of the store. The employees were just in the back yelling at each other. Overall I actually really liked visiting this store
