You need to give Troy a raise, I dont leave reviews, but he was exceptionally caring and compassionate. I had to buy Chicken and rice for my dog, hes been sick. Troy went above and beyond to give me the correct discount on the chicken, and told me he hoped my dog was ok. I've been in self checkout when he has been there before, and he is so nice. Thanks Troy, Safeway has a true jem with you. I appreciate your kindness

Lychees, Jackfruit, and Large avocados! Prices are a bit high on some items but less crowded and some neat treasures await. I bought a 17lb jackfruit thinking it was a spikey watermelon like we had in Nam, but nope. It had meat fruit! I made some tacos from it and how divine. I also love their avocados. I ate so many I tuned into one. Thank you Safeway. I feel safe.

Updated on 12/18/19 - I spoke with Terry and he made things right. He apologized and said they should have allowed for an exchange or issued a refund. I'm really pleased with how he handled this. I'm giving 5 stars for making things right.

Purchased some milk. Noticed a little bit of mold on the inside. Went to return it but no longer had receipt. They were unable (unwilling?) to look up the purchase using my club card. I’m certain their club card tracks every single purchase I make. They should have a way to look it up, especially when their competitors can easily do it. Anyway, I was disappointed they did not issue a refund. Emailed their customer service and hope they can come up with a resolution. I am willing to revise my review depending on the outcome. Why upset a 20+ year customer over a few dollars?

This store is super clean, well-stocked, and organized.
The staff are friendly and helpful. AND I saved $14 on a special they were running on pork! A competitor's store is much closer to my house, but it is so worth driving the extra miles to have a calm and easy shopping trip compared to the crowded, and hectic environment of the other store!

My Son and new Daughter worked at this Safeway in Colorado where the managers are 100% professionals and masters at training efficiently and thoroughly. You'll feel right at home h⁶. as you grab them few items needed around the house that seem to always slip our minds at the big box stores.

If you ever need any cupcakes or cakes, you have to visit Patty at this Safeway’s bakery. She is extremely friendly and helpful and great with giving you ideas for what you’re looking for.

Idk how I've been sleeping on this Safeway! I used to live up the street and hardly went to that store, but I have got to say this Safeway's Deli and produce is pretty impressive!! They have fresh carved deli meat ready to grab and go already packaged and in surprisingly large amounts. I live in mead and I travel to Longmont for groceries, I will be shopping here more often! Thank you!

As someone who usually shops at Kingsoopers I decided to give this Safeway a try. The customer service is SO much better here, the staff is very friendly & professional. A much better bakery / deli foods & a lot of good deals going on. Definitely recommend.

Love this store. Have everything I need and great prices/deals if you use the Safeway App (which is super user friendly). Employees are all friendly. Store is not new by any means but well kept. Only wish there was a gas station closer so I could use all those gas points!

Rain, from delivery and pickup department, is the best. She’s always kind and friendly on the phone and makes the process of getting my groceries easy for me every single week. Go rain!

This store is a delight to shop! It's spacious, clean, and well staffed, and beautifully appointed as grocery stores go. The management really knocks itself out trying to please the public with the great Safeway customer service, store brands, and the lowest sale prices on popular items. The meat department will drop everything to cut up beef bone-in short ribs for me on the spot. The produce is always a picture perfect display of the freshest fruits and vegetables. This past Thanksgiving we ordered the Turkey Holiday dinner. It was outstanding, affordable, and ready on that day for my pick-up, when it was convenient for me. How unfortunate for "Ol Gom" to have had a one bad experience here, and tell the world about it. The employees work very hard to give customers the best shopping experience at this particular store. I've been shopping there for over 20 years, and it is the best store in town.

We have a lot of great grocery stores in Longmont and I don't always shop at Safeway but when I am there I always find it clean and efficient. I usually go for the coffee selection and good prices.
