The Guitars Etc showroom is impressive! I'd say it's a destination guitar shop for anyone within an hour radius. It feels like a small, local guitar shop all grown up. The staff was super helpful but not pushy. I was lucky enough to play all of my "top choices" when I visited looking for an all mahogany acoustic guitar and walked out with a Guild D-20 smiling ear to ear. Would definitely recommend and will be back again.

Highly recommended musical instrument and repair store for their personal touch and attention to the details. It’s hard to find “real” customer service and home town stores. This is the place. I’ve been renting a trumpet for my son from Guitars Etc for years. And we just purchased the perfect used Bach Stradivarius 180-37. What a find! The owner and staff are good people. Look no further than this store for your musical needs in the Longmont area.

Guitars Etc is one of the best Guitars stores I have been to! What a great selection of well kept guitars. The owner is outstanding and super knowledgeable of his gear. Best guitar shop I’ve been to in Colorado. Everything is clean, laid out well and taken care of properly. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. They encourage you to play everything. Very much worth the trip here.

Walked in to look at Taylor guitars and had Tim help me out. Super knowledgeable and nice. Owner Todd came over and also explained some of the manufacturing process and features. He is very blunt and direct with his recommendations which is perfect for me. Would highly recommend stopping in and maybe walking away with one of their high quality guitars.

Stopped in today to check out a bass I had been looking at for awhile. Had a great conversation with Todd discussing the merits of the instrument, ended up heading home with a new bass. All of the staff at Guitars, etc. are friendly, knowledgeable, and patient! This is the second instrument that I have purchased from them and will continue to shop locally! Cheers!

It’s great working with Todd and his team. They have such a great selection in house. They were also able to order from Taylor and got my guitar within about a week. There are not many brick and mortar music stores left like this!

I’ve been wanting a new Collings City Limits for years now, only thinking it was a pipe dream. After calling and working with Todd, he was able to get me into a new CL. The whole experience and guitar exceeded my expectations, especially doing a remote purchase for a guitar and shipping to Wisconsin. I will not hesitate to do repeat business. I was super impressed with my experience, this is a true local guitar shop. They have an amazing inventory of nice guitars, the selection is very impressive, The setup of the shop is clean with a great open showcase feel. This place is a true gem and rarity - I drove up from Denver to buy here because I did not want the big box store experience w the blaring poorly played metal riffs and nauseating disco lights. Louis and Todd were both incredibly kind and helpful with customer service that doesn’t exist today. I was going back and forth between two Martin models for days and they helped me greatly in making the best decision. They treat the guitars well and show genuine care/concern for them and their customers. One thing I was impressed by is how they take time with customers and take measures to ensure guitars don’t get scratched or cracked. If I could give more stars I would. I am grateful to now know where to fill all my guitar needs. I absolutely love this store.

Purchasing a guitar online is always a bit worrisome, but Todd at Guitars Etc did a great job making me feel comfortable throughout my purchase. I was sent detailed photos and videos and Todd made sure to thoroughly answer my long list of questions. Two days later, I received my new Gibson SG just as described and packed well. Would absolutely do business with Guitars Etc again. Highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful shop to work with. You can tell they have a passion for not only musical instruments, but also making sure their customers are happy! I purchased this beautiful guitar online and they had it out the door the next day, and in my hands in two! They will get my business in the future!

I went in to get the Epiphone Casino that I seen in my first visit, but had just sold that day. But the Gretch was just as beautiful and sounded great for the price. I told the rep. I would buy the guitar if he threw in a case, he told me, I’m sure we can find you a case in the back to fit. Got to the check out and he told me the price of the guitar and the case. I said that wasn’t the deal, and he said he just couldn’t do a free case. Understandable, but should’ve said so in the beginning. All in all it was a great experience to see so many of my favorite guitars. Got a great deal, and a new guitar shop.
