Very happy with walk-in service for nail trimming. Jack was the one who worked on our dogs and he was very gentle and kind and friendly and did a great job.

Took my Amazon returns here. It seemed a little weird at first but the employee was very well trained and he did a great job. Makes it super convenient.

1st I want to thank Danica & Augusta in aquatics. They are both very knowledgeable they're willing to answer any and all questions fish related. Great place to shop for fish. I wish they had a better selection of coral and nicer pricing but overall I come back to this place for there great service.
Whatever they're getting paid im sure the deserve better. Keep up the good work ladies.

The Vet was awesome, she took very good care of Yollie. My mom just passed away and I was worried about the cost and how some places over charge and do unnecessary tests. She didn't do that, and I left confident that my Yollie was in good hands without having to worry about the expense, or not being able to afford the visit. I signed up for their Petco membership and that took care of the office visit. Thanks Again Petco!

We get our dog bathed every 3 weeks and groomed every 6 weeks at Petco. Comparing with other Doodle owners in my area I feel I get great value for the price. I am a Vital Care member and it saves me so much on my grooming!

Leah was very helpful during my visit! I went to get some things in preparation for a new kitten. She helped with questions I had and provided me with the Cat Parent brochure with all of the coupons in it that helped me narrow down my supplies and even give me some savings on it. First time I had been in a Pet supply store in years, and she made it a very friendly visit. Thank you! (he loves his toys and beds!)

Good pet store, and they run adoption events often, for dogs and cats, from humane shelters.

Walked in with prescription and couldn't find it, but a very helpful employee directed me to their inhouse vet and told me whete the prescription food was and was out very quickly after the vet cleared me

They remodeled the store and added a veterinary service and the place looks great.

Had a return with a treat product. My dog started crying and rejected said treat immediately. I’ve never seen a reaction like this from him before. I took the product back to Petco. I had no receipt and the very kind cashier credited it to my MasterCard, no questions asked. I will be a return customer. Thank you Petco!

If I need something special I'll go elsewhere but this location has proven to be a great place to go.

Allan, Cecil and each of the other employees working the aquarium section are extremely helpful and have a great grasp on aquarium knowledge.

Even ended up purchasing a vital care subscription. It basically pays for itself every month with the $5 coupon and then 20% savings on all related purchases.

I ordered dog food online for pickup at store. 30 minutes later, email said food not in stock. Later afternoon I was in area and the delivery truck had arrived and the food was available. I spoke with shift manager, Alex-I think; and he rang up the purchase at same as online e pick up and thanked me for being loyal customer and added an additional savings. Great customer service, pleasant, not confrontational and pleasant. A great exlerience.

Was there an hour before closing it was fully stocked and friendly staff
