Wow. Just called the store. I was trying to purchase jerseys for my work team for a Superbowl party. The guy who answered the phone at 3:23 pm on 2-8-24 answered "hello?" He answered my questions like I was getting on his nerves. I asked him if I was disturbing him. His reply was, "what do you want?" I will not be using his store, and I suggest consumers go elsewhere.

Went to this store today (Greenbriar Mall location in Chesapeake, VA). Had a small bag from Macy's in my hand. I picked up a cup that I wanted to buy, walked around the store to find something else I wanted. Decided on a different item, put the cup back, and walked to the register. The clown behind the counter never addressed me, never asked if I needed help, and when I went to the counter, he was on his cell phone. He finally looked up, said "is this going to be all", I said yes. He then asked, "what about the cup?" I wanted to be offended but it wasn't that big of a deal. I told him I put it back. He said, "oh because I saw you with the cup". I said, "if you saw me pick it up, then you saw me put it back." That was the last straw, and I was already deciding to leave all that mess right there at the register when this circus clown asked me "well is it in there?" and pointed to my bag! I told him a thing or two about himself immediately and told him what to do with & where to put that pity purchase I was about to make. He walked behind me apologizing and saying he's had a lot of theft. I'll be in the NFL, NBA, & NHL before I even think about setting foot in that store EVER again!!!!!!! He is luckyyyyyy that's all I had time to do FOR him today. Consider yourself warned. Don't go in that raggedy, ill-stocked store!!!!!!!

THIS IS THE WORST STORE!!! Me and my kids went there to get a jersey. The guy had just help a family get a kid a jerswy for his bday. The guy who get the jersey's down was down. My son who ask him can he help him and he said NO. Im yhinking i heard him wrong. I am talking to him and he standing far away from me im like come here so i can ask u what i need to ask u. He was rude and nasty. They are racist. I guess my green money dont spend like the white family who he juat helped. They do not have a big selection of jerseys anyways. Will order off line or go to a store where my green money is more valued.

I went in here looking for a Toronto Maple Leafs shirt. The man sarcastically said no and when we asked if there was anywhere close by that might have it he rudely stated "yeah Canada."
