Burlington

I had to go to lenscrafters to pick up my glasses but unfortunately they were not ready, so I decided to go for a stroll thru the stores that I missed shopping at years ago, I went through Burlington and I have found a few xmas gifts for some special people who are in my life, & I will return soon as xmas is getting closer, I loved the selections of coats and other fun things that I want to buy.

They have nice decorations and candles for a remodel.

I've never just gone in there and not found something I've loved. You cannot beat the prices even in the midst of a season of inflation.

Burlington was wonderful. I haven't been in one in about 25 years. I really liked that the racks were not too tall and I could see the entire store.
Every single associate was so very pleasant. ((And not the fake pleasant either.... they were genuinely nice))
I will probably start looking for products there again solely because of how nice the associates were.

I went in for ONE (1) black hoodie, and left with a dozen other useful items at heavily discounted prices.

Shopping was simple and staff was relaxed and friendly.

Good place to find 2nd run items, was a little thin on merchandise but with covid and Christmas holiday season just passing I'll give them a pass on that. Overall good experience personally. A friend of mine found a great deal on shoe inserts that were the same at Walmart but cheaper by $1.50 each.

Love it. Need to have a little time to shop because you always see something that you didn't come in for. Store seems to have been remodeled recently, pleny of space between aisles. I like clothing and housewares section. Have shopped Baby Depot in the past but not recently as no need .

Name brand clothes & home accessories @ a great value low prices

Staff is wonderful. Went there a little over a week ago anyway checked out got home and didn't have a pair of shoes I had bought for my grandson, so I called and they had them, we payed for them but didn't get them they I assume forgot to put them I the bag, so we talked to the manager and he gave us options

#1= they could send them to a closer store so we could pick them up or #2= come back in to the same store and whatever we buy we get 40%off the entire purchase!!! Bingo it's school time and we killed it in there. It was right on time, God works in mysterious ways!!! GOD is good all the time!!!

Excellent BCF Store. Extremely clean and well organized. Nice staff, attentive without being pushy. In the Mall. Mother-Daughter team at checkout were awesome. Good store.

Every time I shop this location, I am so astonished by the savings,service and variety of items. Christmas ☃🎄 in July for me, manager Ms. Boone is spectacular.

This is by far one of my favorite stores. I go there at least about 4 to 7 times a month.

I HAD ASKED A RANDOM PERSON WHO WAS WALKING INSIDE OF BURLINGTON IF HE KNEW WHERE I COULD FIND A SIZE 15 PAIR OF SHOES IN THE AREA AND, I BELIEVE HIS NAME WAS ALEX : A MATURE LAID BACK BLACK GENTLEMAN IF HE KNEW WHERE I COULD FIND SOME SHOES FOR MY FEET. HE SUGGESTED THAT THE STORE HAD SOME SO I DECIDED TO GO IN...LITTLE DID I KNOW HE WORKED THERE. HE MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS A FAMILY MEMBER BEFORE HE CLOCKED IN. I WAS SO HAPPY THAT I BOUGHT 2 PAIRS OF SHOES. ALEX, IF THAT'S HIS NAME, MADE ME AND MY FEET HAPPY!!!!!! LOOKING FORWARD TO SHOPPING THERE AGAIN!!!!

The cashier provided awesome customer service. She was so helpful. The store has a variety of nice items.

I truly enjoy every Burlington I've been in my Hampton Roads~ Norfolk/Chesapeake/Va. Beach/Churland area. Ms. J. Boone~Chesapeake gives great customer service. I remember her name because she was so bubbly, I had to ask.

Beautiful store, friendly associates, great selection of merchandise!

Clerk was very helpful..took me to the correct place I had overlooked. Was very friendly and pleasant. Will look for him again.
