Very helpful courteous and friendly staff. First time I've used an office depot ever and will return if the need arises.

I'm glad Office Depot/Office Max is still around to help with my office needs. I'm glad people still exist in the store for questions and to help where needed. Also, the store was nice, neat and clean.

Friendly staff and exceptional customer service. Associates were willing to go the extra mile to help me find products.

I received the most awesome assistance from the representative on duty at the Meyerland location. He was considerate enough to wait for my sister to send me a picture of the ports on my laptop to make sure I had exactly what I needed. And the icing on the cake--the product was in stock!

I love shopping at Office Depot cause I always find cool things for my office, including decoration and organization stuff, disinfecting supplies, and even water.
They have a variety of ink colored gel pens and sharpies, and I can buy just my favorite colors, without buying a whole pack of colors I don’t use.
The staff there are nice and always willing to help you find what you’re looking for.

I ended up at this location tonight (4/30/21) just after 7pm after leaving the Richmond location because I was ignored the entire time I was there. I was greeted it felt like within 15 seconds of being in the store and immediately helped by a gentleman (I can't remember his name but he was a white male, about 6 feet tall, and I believe green eyes??). I showed him a picture of the laptop I wanted and he immediately pulled out his device to check inventory. He then explained the bundles that you guys offer to me (I got the protection plan) and pointed me in the direction of some other items I needed. When I was ready to check out, he handed me off to a very pleasant and bubbly young lady (long dark hair that was in a ponytail, about 5'5, and wearing glasses) and we chatted while she explained the difference between the plans for my flash drives. I was done and out very quickly. This was a very pleasant shopping experience and I really wish I could remember the associates' names so they could be congratulated properly. Please extend my appreciation and gratitude for their amazing service and professionalism. This will be my go to location from now on! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

I purchased an office chair and paid extra to have it built in the store. When I stopped by the next day it wasn't finished but the manager managed to get it finished the following day & I got a warranty on it. I'm glad the excellent customer service was able to help me get what I needed in a reasonable amount of time.

I had to give this store a five star because do to it being 2021 everyone knows good customer service is on a all time low sad to say but it’s so true. I ordered online my order was never ready so I had to wait like a hour for it to be finished and then it comes out wrong I tell the lady my order is not right she was not very sympathetic about it but SANDRA the supervisor came right to my rescue and said no we’re going to get this order right first apologizing then saying to her co worker let’s make this right did my order right and through me a special price ☺ Thank god for people like SANDRA WITH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
