I always have a great experience when I come to this location!!! My online order was ready, when I arrived. I asked for assistance with finding a few other items that I purchased while I was there and the store associates were wonderful in helping me. Very neat, organized store with friendly people.

I'll say this, I don't usually leave reviews but I felt the excellent customer service was deserving of one. The employees name was Kenya, she was very patient and did an amazing job of being attentive suggesting selling and even introducing me to a different product (room sprays) that I normally never would buy. She even taught me about in store pick-ups on orders, never knew this was a thing. I am so happy with my purchase and am thankful for assistance when I came into the store that afternoon! I'm a long time BBW shopper, and I highly recommend this location if you're looking for a nonsmothering shopping experience.

I give them a 10! Excellent customer service very friendly staff who are willing to go out of their way to help you out! Very well organized and very clean store. I would definitely Recommend them to my friends and family.

Exercised the 100% happiness guarantee policy and returned 4 candles- 2 used , 1 completely burned and 1 new - and got 4 new ones! Amazing scents the masculine ones are mohogany apple and teakwood
The semisweet one is the champagne apple honey and the lighter fragrance is the honey wildflower

I choose the Bath and Body Works branch to shop, simply because of their full stocked collection they usually have and their customer service. All the employees in the store have always been friendly, helpful and quick. I have had returns, issues with product and questions and everything has been resolved in a quick manner. I would definitely recommend this branch for all your fragrance shopping needs.

So I went to this location to purchase the Shampoo and Conditioner. While in the store I couldn't help but notice the positive attitudes of all the staff members. It just so happened that the manager Guillermo was taking care of me, as I had a few questions while shopping. I had to take a moment to let him know that it's very obvious that the moral amongst your team is high and that says a lot about him as a leader.

Now to the shampoo and conditioner... I used to purchase this over a decade ago. There have been changes for the better. I'm a natural curly girl, and the revamped version of the product is now made without sulfates, parabens, or dyes, so that's amazing. The conditioner is very thick, which I definitely appreciate that. I plan to buy more because I love the way it makes my hair feel and smell.

Every staff member at this location is so friendly and bright. Working retail is the worst and they make it seem easy and fun - B&BW please give them all raises, thank you.

Fabulous experience, I live to peruse the store and see new items and scents. Staff is super friendly, always offer to get me a basket and help with finding items.

All the girls there are super nice! Love the customer service and great attitudes. I always seem like the only guy in there, but they always are courteous and attentive and give great advice on fragrances and body washes and sprays. Brought something back because I wasn't sure I liked it, but the girl I spoke to convinced me to try it... so glad I listened! She was totally right. Clean nice store and really friendly staff. Worth the money especially when they have sales going! Thanks ladies! 😊

Cashier 3081766 was soooooo freaking helpful!! She needs a raise!! She was working alone but handled 5 customers effortlessly!

LOVE this location! Every single employee is super helpful and will go out of their way to help you. This particular location is always organized and clean. I've been to a doozy of a location...in the next lil town over. (wink-wink) Corporate should really make a point to thank all of the employees at this location with something cool like a nice dinner/lunch with/or large denomination gift cards to spend in the store. I found everything I needed for Father's day. Everyone was really nice and asked if I needed help or if I was looking for something in particular. Joselyn who helped me at check out when I went to pay for all my items. Thank you for your help and patience with me in checking that I had all 24 shower gels and 2 lotions.

Wonderful staff. Very helpful and courteous. A gift set wasnt on display and the lady checked the back for me and found it. Wasn't expecting her to do all that but she took it upon herself be to make sure there wasn't more. She went above and beyond. I'll update with her name the next time I visit. Thanks also to the cashier for the discount and informing me of the ways to save.

Best experience ever in Bath and Body works. Ally was amazing! Patience knowledgeable let me take my time...no rushing...just let me be me and wander and ask 100 questions. Lesly rung us up and trust me there was opportunity for confusion...yet she handled it with grace and competence...thank you!
