I’ve used this pharmacy for over 10 years and have always had excellent service. From prescriptions to annual vaccines to personal care items they generally have anything I need. I think the pharmacy is probably understaffed but if you adhere to their recommendations, you can almost always get in and out in under 10 minutes. Storefront and pharmacy employees are ALWAYS. courteous and helpful. Even though it’s a chain, I consider it my “neighborhood” pharmacy.

Susan Miller at the Fort Henry CVS went above and beyond with her customer service! When my lost car keys got turned into her store (they had my CVS card on the key chain), she went completely out of her way to make sure they were returned to me. I so appreciate everything she has done - good to know there are such caring people on the CVS team.

Always have a good selection of cosmetics and a quick place to stop for drinks or snacks. Service seems to always be fairly quick and I have even called ahead to ask if they had something and they had it waiting for me up front when I arrived.

The employees are amazing! Without them, I would give the store a 2. They are terribly overworked and understaffed. If using the drive-thru, fill up your gas tank first and bring a snack.
