Great prices on shoes and really any wait times in check out. Definitely recommended for any show purchases. They even have a wall in the back with some "scratch and dent" shoes. I didn't see anything wrong with the scratch and dent shoes, no scuffs scratches et. cetera.

I had not been in a Shoe Çarnival in many many years. Needed shoes. Had been and bought shoes at other places and was not always happy with the quality. Decided to come back to Shoe Carnival. I found a pair of blue/gray Skechers. I hope they work out, the real test will be staying comfortable after standing on my feet for 8, 10 or 12 hours a day. The place was clean, orderly and organized. The staff was friendly and helpful. If the shoes work out , I will return.

They were so nice & stuck with me until i found what i was looking for which wasn't & brought them back with no problems & asked if that was all & if i needed anything else..Great Crew..!!

Great store had tons of selections and plenty of sizes to try for every selection. They had everything in sock that the online site showed so it was all perfect

As soon as I walked in the door I was approached very politely by Brandon, the manager (if I'm not mistaken). He offered his help immediately and was very professional and efficient throughout my visit. I became a shoe carnival perks member, which he went over the "perks" in detail very well. I left with 3 pairs of shoes (all Nike) and a pack of socks for under $100! I've lived up the street from them for years and I do not know why I traveled to the mall Vs them, but....

Let me tell you all; Scott the floor supervisor showed exceptional service. He recommended the Shoe Carnival "Shoe Perks Rewards Card." He helped me find the right shoes and shoe liners. If you have problems with diabetes or feet problems, I suggest giving Shoe Carnival a shopping event on your calendar. It was a great help. If you're reading this Scott, thanks, those really helped.

Everything was very neat. Great customer service. A beautiful blonde manager helped me. Her beauty was only outdone by her product knowledge.
