This was a one star review but the manager Katerina called me to apologize herself in person. The Loveland arc is run so well and they want to do the right thing. Kids and people on the spectrum should know they can feel comfortable shopping here. Great prices and great management

This location is very clean and pretty organized considering how much traffic comes through. The staff are always helpful and kind and very patient. They have a great variety of items and of course during Halloween they have a huge amount of costumes.

Great selections at unbeatable prices!
Couches, candy canes, crutches, costumes for Halloween and so much more!
Everyone working there have been helpful and kept good attitudes most, if not all, the time.

I have been there since 2012 11 years now .and I absolutely love love being part of the Arc family and I love my job I work in production and I am one of their hangers but I also do other things like helping sort the clothes and running racks and occasionally help at the registers if they need baggers .and I love my managers and i am also one of their ambassadors and I love my co/ workers and one of my highlights of working at arc is I get to attend
The arc ambassadors events and the
Arc university curriculum each and every month.

The women's shoe section is amazingly organized! This is the first time I have seen this section of ARC so neat, which is not an easy task. And a good selection of shoes, too!

I cannot even express how much I enjoy the Loveland ARC! I've spend many an hour, (and many a dollar!) for "treasures" in that store!! I even have a "I ❤ ARC" bumper stickers on both of my cars!!! I am proud to advertise. My house, AND yard are filled with their treasures. And, I LOVE LOVE LOVE every employee, (and most of the customers)!! I would love to mention all of the employees by name, if I knew their names...But one in particular is "Elaine". She is a gem!!! She has been SO helpful to me every single time! And what a sweet spirit! So, if you're looking for something in particular, or nothing at all, go to ARC. It will prove to be a surprising adventure you won't forget!

A little pricey but they have a great selection of clothes

We love this place!!! I swear we are going to furnish our whole house with gems from Arc. My dog loves to come with me, we avoid the breakable section because he is wagging the whole time. I let him pick out a stuffed animal every time and the whole staff showers him with love. They do their best, they truly do!

Can always find something unique at a great price here. The aisles are usually cleared. I do wish the furniture didn't cost quite so much; for a thrift store.. oh and a special thanks to the lady that puts away the books! She does a great job and it's so easy to find titles. The staff has always been nice and talkative when I go in. As for the picture I posted; just something I found last week. I love it.

Such a variety of items. Very organized and the discount days for items are such a blessing to people. I was just a tourist visiting the city but i had to make room in my luggage for a few things i couldn't leave behind. Keep up the good work!

First I have to say that I have had TERRIBLE experiences donating to this store, so I no longer will.....BUT I'm so glad I didn't give up on shopping there. This past friday they had a .99 sweater sale. I went a little crazy and over filled a whole cart. After the LOVELY cashier Teresa (Mother Teresa) carefully counted them and rang me up. I was MORTIFIED to realize I forgot my wallet at home. She didn't make me feel bad and said I could go get it and come back. I felt awful. Once I came back, she found me as I walked in the door and brought me back to her register. We were hoping the sale would still be up, but it wasn't....ugh. She had to count them and ring them up ALLL over again. She gave me ZERO attitude and was super kind and understanding. It meant A LOT to me. So I HAD to write a review and commend her for her awesome customer service. It is hard to find these days and my daughter and I were really thankful!

Found a few treasures here. Staff was friendly and having fun. Enjoyed the huge selection offered &.prices were reasonable.

The reason I like this place is it is so amazing and I found out that they have many items.

Best thrift store I have been to. The books, DVD movies and music CD's we're SO organized. The staff here obviously works hard and takes pride in their mission.

I love this place, just moved to Loveland from Phoenix Arizona and I love thrift shopping, this place is Great! Only thing I notice that some items are way over priced. Example- I buy these containers from the dollar store and I get 3 for a dollar the arc was selling 1 container for $2, when I know how much they are brand new. But overall clothing, shoes household items are fairly decent.

Huge thrift store. Always tidy. Great variety of clothes, toys, homegoods, sports equipment, and outdoor. Wonderful customer service. Fair secondhand prices. You will always find a treasure. Thank you to staff member Yvonne for helping me and my baby out to the car (ON HER BREAK) with our purchases after she rung use up.

Love this place. Only problem is that the prices have went way up!! Can go to the burlington outlet and buy new clothes for less money. I was able to find a couple little items but not a winter coat that I needed. Went to Burlington at centerra and got a new one for 25$$ so check before you shop here..
