I don’t have kids in cloth diapers, but I absolutely love their reusable bag options and they have THE cutest prints and designs. I use a couple of the their simple pouches everyday for carrying necessities to work!

Love the new cloth diapers I got for my princessa!!! I had bought some that were too small off of Amazon. Amazon wouldn’t let me return them. I contacted Thirsties directly and because the covers hadn’t been used I was able to exchange for something we would get use out of. So grateful for the exchange and the diapers are on point. Also have some old school hand-me downs and they are awesome too!! 🙏🙏🙏 for being an earth friendly biz! 🌍 ♻ 💚

I stopped in thinking this was a retail location not realizing that this is the warehouse and you cannot buy diapers here. Despite my error, David was absolutely amazing and incredibly friendly and kind. Thirsties makes the softest, leak free, durable cloth diapers and training pants. Their website is a much better place to purchase their products though.

I've emailed their support 3 times with no response. Finally called the customer service, unable to get through on several attempts. When I finally did reach someone, the customer service was TERRIBLE. Warning- if you are buying from this company, do not expect good customer service. We received several items we do not want/need as a baby shower gift. They aren't accepting drop offs and she would not pay for shipping. We were really hoping to love cloth diapers and utilize Thirsties... there are just too many other options with better customer service.

Very disappointed in the newer duo wraps. They are not made with good PUL anymore and they last maybe a few months compared to the older ones I’ve had for over a year.
