Huge selection with friendly employees! The woman with piercings on her face and short hair was quite informed and helpful. Cashier was in a cheerful mood as well and was singing along to music at the register. No one put their hands on me or my partner and we didn’t see any hateful messages on the door, there is something that says no purses or bags or whatever.

We did go around 9 pm so not sure if that’s a factor? But overall a great experience and I would go again. I’m so sorry for the people who had bad interactions here and wish they all had seen what I saw last night. Went into the store with low expectations and came out confident and happy.

The girl with the short hair working the front counter was an absolute sweetheart!! She helped me pick out a few things and her smile was enough to have me hooked!! 🥰

This store is on point, great selection of product. The customer service and prices are very good. The product selection is the best in Syracuse. Disregard the bad reviews, they take customer feedback seriously. The woman who was scoring bad reviews for this business was terminated due to her unacceptable behavior.

I’ve been a few other places but this is always my go to, whether it’s for adult or smoke stuff. Selection is great! Employees are cautious but knowledgeable and usually friendly. I’ve never had a problem here, not sure why there are so many bad reviews😕

Truly the cleanest and brightest head/toy shop in the area. Great selection of smoking accessories that are reasonably priced. Cool character pieces and vape selection is getting better. Sex toy selection is equally impressive, for both novice and experienced users. Popular, name brand toys are available along with stellar dildo, vibrator and strap-on selection. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and always willing to answer any questions, discreetly I might add.
