I wanted to give Danielle a shout out and a kudos for her customer service, hands down and 2 thumbs up 👍 👍. I have been greeted with a smile and her ability to help me with replacing my phone when I needed help the most, not once but twice now. Danielle is a very kind person and I sure do appreciate her.... so much so that I drive specifically to her store which is further than the other location is to where I live... it says a lot about her.

Very knowledgeable and friendly customer service. They made valuable suggestions and pointed us in a great direction. We learned all about liquid glass protection and Danielle and Samantha even took the time to apply it for us and we love it! We know we can never go wrong when we visit this store.

I don't know what Cricket would do without Danielle. She is absolutely amazing, she is a blessing to he company. She is really good at what she does and understands all the details.

This is the best experienceI have ever had at a phone store. Danielle is so helpful and transparent, not pushy at all. I went to Cricket to ask some questions, and now i am a Cricket Customer. Her co worker Miguel is also great. I highley recommend this store above all others.

I became a customer of Cricket in South Longmont when I was new to the area. Since I have been with them, Danielle has been with me EVERY step of the way. I have a lot of questions & do not know how to do everything and the whole staff goes above and beyond to teach me and show me. I don't know what I would do without the help and patience of them. Sometimes I just go in to see them and say hi.

Two years later, I'm once again at Cricket and Danielle does an amazing job of answering my questions.. She takes time with every customer, remembers our name (after 2 yrs), and couldn't be more helpful. She's the best.

After some complicated phone issues (buying new one; switching phones) this past week and Lesley, who waited on me, was great. She was highly competent, knew her stuff, and had the patience of a saint. I've always had great help from this particular store (Danielle) and now Lesley. I'll always come back to this store.

This store has the best customer service EVER! I am SO impressed! I have shopped around and this store was by far the greatest one around. They made me feel so special. Cricket Wireless service is amazing, by Lesley and Danielle. Lesley helped me get set up, she is so smart. Then I went back in with a few questions, and Danielle helped me with them. Go to Cricket Wireless on Ken Pratt Blvd!!! This place is a dream come true!

AT&T User switching to Cricket.

I am sure a lot of you are like me. I’m heavily reliant on my phone, and use it more than I’d like to admit. I use lots of data, and my business is dependent on up time.

Until now, I had never considered Cricket because I thought the coverage wasn’t as good. If you don’t know, Cricket now uses AT&T towers and their unlimited data plan will save my family and I a lot of money every month without sacrificing quality or speed.

Walking into the store I was greeted by both Danielle and Stephanie with big smiles. You can tell they genuinely enjoy working there and have a great office culture. They answered all my questions, and told me about a new screen protector called zombie glass. Danielle proceeded to throw her phone into the air and had it land on the hard tile with no case 😳😳😳. I was shocked when it didn’t crack or shatter. I am used to those flimsy screens that break and look bad after a month or two. This seemed so much better!

Unlike Best Buy, Danielle was willing to apply the zombie glass to my phone with no up charge. I will definitely be back! My phone looks amazing. Thank you Danielle and Stephanie. 5/5!

I decided to go back to Cricket after leaving it for another provider because of a discount on a TV plan. But that didn't pan out and went back to see Danielle at Cricket.

Wow! This store sure makes all the other cricket stores look bad! Lesley C, listened to my needs and got me THE BEST DEALS. Amazing customer service, an impressive understanding of the merchandise and just simply being a good person turned me into a regular at this store. You rock!

Went into this location extremely agitated!!! DANIELLE ROBERTSON changed my entire experience flipped my mood and got me such a great deal!! Made my entire day!!! High recommend working work her she’s extremely calm handle every issue I had. Knew EVERY answer to every question I asked!! Another visit in 11/2018. This time Stephanie helped both my husband and I with different issues. This store has EXCELLENT employees and service.
1 year ago: Danielle helped me so much! She is sweet, knowledgeable and she fixed my problem cheerfully, while fixing another person's problem as well. Great service! We bought our phones there too, and have been pleased - the price was great.

I came to this store because of the reviews and glad I made the right choice. I was able to bring over both phones to this service. Olivia and Adriane were both fabulous and showed Team work as they were porting my phones over. Would highly recommend this store. Was nice to get right in. They also showed me and taught me a few things about my daughters phone. You girls Rocked.
