I honestly can't say enough about the customer service Vanna gave me today at Supreme vapor! I came in with a problem with my vape. Vanna didn't hesitate to face the problem head on and solve it! I'm super impressed with the cleanliness of the store, the professionalism, and the laid back atmosphere. Supreme vapor is blessed to have such a caring, professional, and outstanding person as Vanna to have working for them! Thank you for the great experience. I'll DEFINITELY be back!

This Smokeshop is absolutely one of the bests. They are the only smoke shop in town as far as Augusta, Georgia, and South Carolina that has a wide range of coils ranging from geek vape Smoke and you well, as well as a wide range of vapes flavors, and so forth I couldn’t be more impressed with the customer service I have received here, and I definitely will say this as a smoke shop to come back to again and again

I love this shop. Great selection of products and flavors at a price that’s lower than most other vape shops. I love the staff and they are always very helpful and friendly. They take the time to answer your questions. The only place I’ve found that carry my favorite incense also!

I am a total novice when it comes to vaping. Jordan was my sales person and his polite manner combined with his in-depth product knowledge was First Class all the way. I'll be 60 later this year and initially felt vaping might be beyond my level. But Jordan put me at ease as soon as I stepped in the store. I walked out happy and confident about my purchase. Dope vape store!!

I've been a loyal customer to Supreme vapor as well as their other shop i vapor and tobacco for over two years. I've bought multiple devices from them as well as vape juice weekly. The most recent device I purchased was 11/30/23 and spent over 100 bucks. Yesterday this device started to mis fire, and turn on and off on its own and wasn't usable. I took it to their shop and vana the employee working at the time was great! She tried different things to see if she could get it to work but was unsuccessful. She contacted her manager Tray and he got my info to call regarding the issue. This was at 930am and as of 4pm still hasn't heard from him so I went back to the shop. Vana gave him a call and he informed me that they only warranty their products for 24 hours 🤣 and could give me a 35% off that day only on another device. I say all of that to say...If a business is not able to stand behind their products they should not be selling them. I will not be returning to any of their locations and will spread the word to anyone that will listen. DO BETTER!!

Myself and three others are patiently waiting in front of your store at 10:10 a.m. but no workers have decided to show up to open the place. Do better!
