Fantastic greeter! Very helpful sad I didn't get his name or the very helpful young lady he found to help me so I didn't have to wait in a ridiculously long line for a phone screen cover application. They really went above and beyond. It was 5/22/24 around 6 or 7pm I think.

Great service. An employee from the back saw us and offered help on the sales floor and was very knowledgeable of the tv's we was looking at and we was able to get the one we needed with his help. Great experience. I wish I had got his name. Great staff at this location. Thank you

Amazing and Friendly Employees. Everything looks so nice and neat and clean. Customer service is at a whole knew level that I really recommend this place if you'll want to get some of that expensive stuff, but they can always try to work it out for you if not in your budget.

Best electronic store. Always new gadgets to try and see. Store manager Vero us the sweetest. Associates always help out even if their busy they make time.

This 5 star review is for the store only. Stephanie's customer service was outstanding. The Geek Squad wasn't able to fix my laptop, but did provide a solution to get it up and running.

Side note: Don't invest in an ASUS computer. Save your money and frustration. Buy anything but ASUS!

As for the corporate decision to send all incoming calls to a call center, you SUCK! I spoke with several employees at this branch. They say customers complain every day that they can't get ahold of anyone at the store. This was a horrible decision.

I Totally Got A Royal Treatment By Best Buy Associates. By Helping Me To Find The Electronic Devices That I Wanted To Get For The Black Friday Specials. They Also Checked & Matched Prices From Other Stores Such As Amazon. Walmart; Etc.

I got my sons headset at the Best Buy in McAllen off Jackson rd by curbside. I had no issues, and they came out quickly.

Ordered online early Christmas gift for my fiancé and got myself a laptop for school in the spring.
Picked up in store and Customer service was great!
Edit: horrible! Xbox took away all the attention🥲. I got my laptop though 😌💖

Bought a tv stand at first was having a hard time trying to set it up . Just read the instruction’s carefully easy to understand .
Now i can enjoy my 65 inch tv on my brand new tv stand.
I loved it my family loved it too.

I bought a new phone there. They had great service and answered all my questions before I bought.

Always get the help that I need. And if they can't help with my purchase they go looking for someone that has more knowledge.

Usually a good and kind service. Just miss having much more staff. But I guess it is the new era.

I was having issues with my gaming PC. After numerous crashes and a bluescreen, I went to Best Buy hoping for the best. I went to the Geek Squad section of the store and told an employee, Alyssa, about my problem. She informed me about the Geek Squad yearly membership and how buying it will make my repairs much cheaper. At first, I didn't understand how it worked, I asked for more information and she kindly elaborated. I felt bad for having Alyssa repeat herself because I didn't understand how buying a subscription would reduce my repair costs. She assured me that it was no problem and after I finally understood, I purchased the subscription. After 2 days I was called to pick up my PC and I felt nothing but joy when I got my PC repaired. Overall, it was a great experience, and I am grateful a patient and kind employee such as Alyssa is willing to help people out. 11/10 experience, would highly recommend.
