David was amazing helping me talk to the old phone service provider. They tried everything under the sun not letting us go. I had my husband on one line with customer service and I got on my phone to get customer service and wow my husband was placed on hold for one hour and a half. I on the other hand was a bit more lucky that I was able to get the transfer pin and account number in less than an hour. David was patient and understanding thank God AT&T has staff that cares enough to really help you out.

Came in to add a line and was helped by Michelle. She took the time to review my account and actually saved me some money with suggesting to change my insurance plan. She was extremely thorough and patient addressing all my concerns. Great customer service.

I was not very happy before I went in. But a lady by the name of Nina turned it all around made us happy campers. I can be a bit dramatic (I'm kind of a Karen) and I complain a lot, but Nina really took it all in stride and turned it all around. Great service and even better people.

Had to walk in today for a quick question about my bill. The service was impeccable! I was greeted right a way and even though they had a slight wait, I was seen in less than 5 minutes. The assistant manager, Melissa was knowledgeable and even took the time to help with a problem I was having with my phone. I had excellent customer service!

I had a wonderful experience with Nina she was extremely helpful, had excellent knowledge on my devices, answered all of my questions, and her customer service was perfect she definitely deserves a raise. She goes above and beyond for her customers. Thank you so much Nina for all of your help.

Sales representative at this store displayed an attitude of concern, he was efficient in recovering information and resolving the issue about our account and he was engaging in making us feel like he cared that our needs were addressed and resolved. Follow up: this was the first AT&T employee who accomplished what we had been requesting for the past few months. He did it while we were there. He checked to ensure it updated and then the following month, the correct changes were reflected on my bill. Met and exceeded my expectations!

Very GREAT customer service! I went in very disappointed with TMobile service and the gentlemen Cesar was very quick to make me happy! He got me into a very nice IPhone with some cute accessories. Very pleased with his customer service! Will definitely be telling my friends about AT&T!
