CVS Pharmacy

I recently switched to this pharmacy. I love this pharmacy! The technicians are so helpful! When Melissa is (Pharmacist and Manager) on the front line this pharmacy works like clock work. I love this store because of them! Thank you CVS for this well deserved change!

The pharmacy technician that assisted me today around 11:00-11:45 was great . He has great customer service skills. Also very helpful, mannerly and knowledgeable of his job and my prescription medications. Thank you young man . Cvs pebble beach/SunCity .

The clerk was very polite and even asked me if there was anything else I needed.

CVS can’t seem to employees that smile or use the normal cordialities most customers of a retail establishment usually offer.

I dropped a prescription off on Monday. Was told it would be ready later in the evening. I told them I would be back Tuesday morning to get it. Showed up Wednesday evening to get it and had to wait an hour or n their drive thru line only to get up to the window to be told it was not ready and I would have to come back.

I had to get the second dose of my vaccine which was scheduled for today and CVS texted me a couple days in advance to remind me of the time and day to come and what was needed etc, I get there and I am waiting as 20 minutes go by then another woman sits down next to me and the pharmacist comes out and asks me why I was there and I said for my appt then she proceeds to say they don’t have any more Pfizer. I understand things happen and she said they called everyone to tell them that but I never received a call; so I asked when they would call to let me know they had it in stock again and she gave me a dirty look and said we don’t do that we don’t call people. Which made no sense since she just said they could call people to tell them not to come and I asked her should I wait a week then and she just said I don’t know we should have it soon. Needless to say she was very rude and lied to me about them calling to tell people not to come when she then said after that that they don’t ever call people for anything. Very inconsiderate and a waste of time.

Customer service so weak. CVS pharmacy says they are 24hr but closed for a hour or two between 12:30-2pm. Drive thru takes 1hour to get your meds . I am about to check other locations because I can’t

long wait time, no customer service, and i was hung up on while trying to get a refill, not helpful either.

The most incompetent pharmacy around. I’d write a review, but the pharmacist is working on it right now and it should be ready in about 20 minutes

Horrible Pharmacy experience. Store was not clean and the pharmacy was a circus.
