Ross Dress for Less

It is never enough cashier's to cover the number of customers checking out. The shelves are very bare, especially the shoe selection. If you need my help with managing unloading, stocking, and register, just said that I'm available 4 A.M until 4P.M Monday through Saturday.

Good selection of clothes, but they do need more size 44 pants and more 2xl shirts. But overall 5 stars

I was going through tough times, but a cashier here helped me gain a NEW PERSPECTIVE on my challenges. I don’t know his name, but this enthusiastic black gentleman modeled to me with his professionalism, engagement, and smile how to handle people again, again, and again, no matter what.

Here’s what happened…

I come to this location to buy my CK dresses since they carry the same style in various colors for $29.99 instead of $89.99 at Macy’s. I bought many CK dresses here.

Today, my friend Ellen and I just randomly stopped at this Ross after a multi-hour road trip to Columbia SC for sushi, and we decided to look around. I don’t know why, but definitely God was working.

We each picked a few items to buy and got in line. I observed the following…

This black gentleman approached each person in front of us with genuine enthusiasm and a huge smile, giving his pitch for the TJ MAXX credit card.

After hearing a NO, he approached the next and the next customer with the same genuine enthusiasm and a huge smile.

I was mesmerized and knew that God was showing me the solution to my challenges!

This gentleman is a role-model for all the hundreds of thousands of tech professionals who experienced layoffs in 2023, going through never-ending interviews…

As a Salesforce Consultant, personally I am one of the thousands of people who experienced tech layoffs, so I’ve been going through endless, countless interviews, feeling DRAINED…

I walked in dispirited and tired.

But I walked out of this Ross inspired and encouraged by the interaction with this enthusiastic cashier who literally ministered to my soul by just being who he is, and I felt refilled with new energy and equipped with a good strategy for more interviews.

I’ll just do what he did!

Give the same enthusiasm and smile to each interview panel and each interviewer no matter how many hundreds of people I have to go through.

Stopped at this location while passing through. This Ross had a very good selection, I found a few name branded items on clearance.

If you can't find a good deal here, you didn't look hard enough lol. Great super friendly staff.

Got God deals an several Christmas presents.

This is one of the nicest Ross stores I have ever been in. The clothes were nice quality and the staff was friendly. The prices on household items are reasonable and they have a wide range of merchandise for sale. I live in Aiken, but would gladly drive back to Augusta to come back to this store, because it was so nice.

This Ross location has an amazing staff. They’re open to until 11 PM most nights so when TJ Maxx closes at 9:30 PM you can head over to Ross. They have great merchandise at amazing prices. The people that work at this store is what makes it worth coming back to you. The staff are always very friendly and outgoing. Love this place!!

I went yesterday and got some jeans and curtain rods and I was amazed by the selection of things I saw in there that I will definitely be going back to check out again next pay day. The service was quick and they were very helpful and polite... Thanks...

Everytime I go to Ross I find all kinds of amazing things for myself, my son and for my house. Ross is the perfect place to find gifts for Christmas.

We had a 4 lady shopping trip for gifts. We stayed over 2 hrs because we kept finding great gifts at great prices. Extremely pleased.

The store was fairly barren, but the staff were super helpful and friendly. I always appreciate nice employees! Fantastic prices on their rugs.

Went there for Amazon Lockers since my complex doesn't accept drop offs. Lockers were not immediately visible. For those looking, they are directly to the left of the entrance.

Really great deals, normally I find a lot of cute stuff here, lately home wares has been nearly completely sold out, but generally they have a pretty good variety.

Great fashions styles for a fraction of the cost . Big name brands Calvin Klein , MK, just to name a few. Plus they have bed, bath, and a variety of exercise and phone accessories.
