AT&T Store

Working with SAMUEL M has been an absolute pleasure. He is professional and knowledgeable and also dedicated to providing top-notch service and support. The staff was great and answered all my questions. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Jake provide top level expertise in a VERY understandable method and took all the time needed for my wife and I to understand our new Internet and Wireless Services not to mention the 1st month's bill.

I came in on my lunch break and only had about 30 minutes to replace my phone and get it set up. Cesar had me out of there in no time and was very outgoing and informative about the phone I was getting. Excellent customer service. I even had time left on my lunch to eat some food. This specific branch off of Miami Blvd in Durham NC never disappoints.

Cesar and Debbie were absolutely fantastic at trouble shooting my mom’s iPhone issue that ultimately was a problem with Apple. They were SO patient, kind, and personable. They made a very frustrating issue and afternoon as easy as it could be. I’ll be going back to this AT&T for all of my future phone service needs.

I was having issues with cell service for days and Cesar was able to fix it in less than 10 minutes! He was super patient and happy to help, I’ll definitely be back if I have any other issues. Highly recommend!

This store is a great location with great staff! So much easier and more pleasant than trying to get things done with corporate over the phone! This isn't even the closest location to my house, but I will go out of my way to use this store! Nothing but good things to say!

I have to say thanks so much for the AT&T store at Page Rd. Mrs. Debbie was so awesome, she took her time to help me resolve a bill stating that I owed 489 dollars for a watch I didn’t have it. It took almost an hour but Mrs. Debbie did not give up and she got my issues resolved. I will never go to another AT&T store again other than Mrs. Debbie’s store. Thanks so much Mrs. Debbie.

Came in within an hour of closing and was able to get my upgrade quite expeditiously. Aniya went above and beyond to make sure my experience was pleasant. She showed genuine interest in my needs and got down to business when it was time to. Thank you so much.

The representative James assisting me was simply amazing!!! Very attentive! Very knowledgeable, very patient! Very understanding!!!! And his manager Mrs Debbie was simply breath taking that made my experience amazing! AT&T will have a life customer all because of them !!!

Was experiencing some phone issues regarding the inability to send text messages. I was able to recieve them but unfortunately not able to respond. I called AT&T customer service and they were unable to assist me. I chose to go to the store and was politely approached by the associate named Marquise. He troubleshooted several options and was able to fix the issue very quickly. Store manager Leak was also a great help giving myself & my wife options to better service and experience. I'm so appreciative.

Debora and Christina were extremely helpful and very friendly. I was having a lot of problems with my phone and they stayed with me through it.
