The woman at the counter Dana orders as opposed to ask to do something.. she does not smile or welcome people to shop or when paying.. she doesn’t even say thank you for shopping in the shop.. the gentleman in front of me told and she didn’t even acknowl she what he said to her.. bad customer service...

The lady charged my card twice. First I caught her charging me the incorrect or higher price. When I asked her to charge me the right amount, she changed it in her system and charged my card again. I looked at the two transactions on my card and asked her to remove one. She told that it will go away as she did not charge me! Though it did not

This vendor at the Raleigh Airport would not accept cash as payment for two items. I was trying to use a $10 to pay for $5+ change of snacks and was told they would not accept cash. I HAD to use debit or credit card. People, cash is LEGAL tender.

Attendant working totally ignored two customers at the checkout. Had to walk to the other store down at A7 on the southwest side. Avoid the one at A5
