My girlfriend loves this place...actually loves every place we go shopping

A++ grade because I had the "Best Nordstrom Rack Shopping Experience" for quality, & price! Great selection from clothes to shoes for each family member. Toiletries i.e shampoo, creams, etc that are of the highest quality! Great customer service that was kind & consistent in each department! Nordstrom Rack Palm Desert, CA rocks!

Spent 2 hours in this store. Lots of selection & lots of dressing rooms so you can try everything on. Best place to shop with girlfriends!

Lots of stuff. Good assortment of styles and sizes. Good prices on clearance items. Worth browsing through.

I hit all the Nordstrom Racks between Orange County and Palm Springs and the selection was always better then Northern California

I always find something! As a man that stands 6' 2 200 pounds is a blessing to walk into a location and find something in your size rather than find a few things in your size and pick from that of what you like the most.

This is a great store where one can buy a good number of things for a very good price. Their return policy is quite good and I managed to return two items that were nice but too small for me. The store is in a good location with plenty of parking. The check out can be a bit slow at busy times so one can do the shopping early before the crowds come in.

I returned some sneakers sales clerk was very helpful in processing my return. He also told me where to find my shoe size and other products. I purchased another pair for a higher price happy customer. Thanks for the great customer service 👍😀🙌

Great store. Tons of luxury items here. Top brands for a steal. Ample parking.

Great store, wife bought a nice pair of glasses $200 off list. Even the security was professional. I actually saw store security deal with a shoplifter. The security officer (Castaneda) handled the situation without anyone in the store becoming aware.

Did not get the $500 Gucci shoes

Love this store. They have BEAUTIFUL clothes. Can't wait till they bring in new stuff.

First time at Nordstrom's rack in Palm Dessert, the store is well organized and clean. I love the rack for their shoes, great brands and great sales. Got a lovely and favorite brand from Franco Sarto flats. My daughter got shoes and clothes for the kids, she loves buying kid's clothes and shoes there.

Great store, lines tend to be long. Other than that workers are GREAT. Fitting rooms were clean and people at the fitting room were nice and helpful. Thank you Jesus and Meldina for the feedback on my dress selection!!!
