Hunter’s Ace Hardware is a wonderful store. Very well laid out and easy to find merchandise you are looking for. The staff a super friendly and willing to help you out! I love shopping there!

First, I should mention that I have only ordered for pickup from the store as most of what I have needed or wanted wasn't in stock anywhere near me.

This store is amazing when it comes to customer service. I have ordered four or five items from the website for pickup and every time but one, I got a call from a staff member of the store as well as the generic email (I always get the email) saying my order was ready for pickup. Additionally, when I walked in, I would see employees helping point people in the right direction or explaining more about products. It's the little things the employees do that bump it up to five stars.

Also, their prices are comparable to others, and really good if you sign up for their rewards program and get the coupons included with it. I have bought several Craftsman and Dramm tools from them that were $10-$30 cheaper than competitors online or local. Unfortunately, the coupons can't be used on sale items, but usually their sales are actual good deals.

So I went to Albertsons. Then I saw their beautiful array of potting soil and had to check out the prices. They were comparable to most other places and sometimes less expensive. THEN at 3:30 pm a young employee escorted a older woman to her car. took the time to have a conversation. She loved it. And so did I. Beautiful custome service.

I’m here from Virginia visiting my daughter, son-in-law and grandson and I’ve never been in a more friendly, helpful and pleasant retail establishment. The three young men (I’m 66) that were working were individually and collectively AWESOME. They doted on my grandson and actually laughed at my humor. I can’t say enough about them and I hope their boss can figure out who they are and commend them. I was there around 9 am yesterday (4/17/23). Thanks.

If you're a stick burner this location has a great selection of everything from briquettes, lump, chunks, & logs.

Amazing customer service. I received great attention and help from many staff members on various trips, especially Molly and Chris. I've recently started coming here as an alternative to the "big box" brands and am glad I made the switch.
