My visit to Walgreens was exceptional, largely due to the outstanding service provided by an employee named Aisha. Aisha went above and beyond to assist me in finding exactly what I needed. Her friendly demeanor and extensive knowledge made the shopping experience effortless. The store’s cleanliness, combined with Aisha’s exceptional customer service, ensured that I found everything I was looking for at an affordable price. Aisha’s dedication truly made my trip to Walgreens outstanding and memorable. Highly commend her and the store for their excellence!

Samantha was amazing helping me with my photo card order. It had been transferred to this store because of printer issues. They too were having issues but Samantha was communicative and helpful so I got my cards printed and on time! Thank you!!

I only really ever use this Walgreens for the Pharmacy, and I can say I have yet to have a bad experience. They are on point and all the staff is very friendly, they answer any questions I might have…which is sometimes many. The phone lines are never too busy, and even as annoying as phone calls are, they still speak to me with respect and assist in every way. My go-to Pharmacy for a quick Covid test too!

This Walgreens Pharmacy is one of the best I've been to. Staff is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I'm always greeted right away and they make sure I have what I need in a timely manner

I made an appointment to receive my Covid booster and flu shot. I was prepared to sit for a while. I was beyond impressed with the kindness, efficiency and patience of the staff. They all worked together like a well oiled machine and I was out the door in 40 minutes. 15 minutes was waiting after my shots to ensure I didn’t have a reaction. Great experience.

I have been so impressed with this Walgreens location in Severn. The pharmacy has been awesome and the most amazing associate working for Walgreens has been Lyn, she goes out of her way to help. Love this location

Staff is very friendly. They helped me get in and get out quickly. I recommend this location if your in the area.

This Walgreens is pretty nice, very clean, and typically easy to pick up prescriptions. Everyone is very nice but it certainly shows that they are overworked and understaffed. It is most obvious in the way it impedes certain basic pharmacy services from being provided to customers in a timely manner. There is a huge issue about them keeping appointments for any vaccines. They don't do any walk-ins for this pharmacy, even the flu shots so you have to make an online appointment. However, even when we made an appointment and showed up at least 10 min before the appointment time, it took almost an hour (exactly 45 min) past the appointment time before we even got a simple flu shot. That is just absolutely ridiculous. Why have customers waste time making an appointment online just to show up to the store and you can't fulfill the appointment that you made people setup. If that's not a good time, don't have those time slots listed as an appointment option. We want to root for Walgreens and hope things improve, such as more staff/support, and an online appointment system listing appointment times that the store can actually fulfill.

I attribute the poor customer service here to staff a shortage (my guess). Slow service at the pharmacy. Ignored phone calls (after they insisted I call to verify prescription refills). So, I'll either have to miss need medications or make the drive to personally confront the pharmacy to get the refills. This never happened when the store was run by Rite Aid.

Front desk workers sends everyone to pharmacy to check out cause she is working on an issue. Then pharmacist herself tells us no cause they have FIVE minutes till their lunch at 1:30. I tossed my items on the table and walked out. As I walk out the front desk worker isn’t there. Apparently no one wants to work. Go elsewhere if you can help it. They literally had 5 minutes till their lunch.

This pharmacy and the pharmacist are accustomed to lying. They have told me that my prescription was too early to fill for a brand new first time prescription as well as for 30 day supply prescriptions that I have not had filled in 2-3 months. Here, they just say it's too early regardless so they don't have to do any work it seems. It's sooo hard to count to 30 or 60 for them apparently. Smdh

This is one of the worst pharmacies we have ever dealt with. They rarely answer the phone in any sort of reasonable time frame and we have been hung up on many times just as we get to be the next caller. They rarely request new scripts from the doctors offices when refills run out ans we have to call them ourselves. The whole voice driven call in system is a joke and not handicapped friendly.

Worst pharmacy ever. They never fill anything in a timely manner and don’t bother calling patients to update them. You can never get hold of anyone inside because there is always one caller ahead. Poorest patient care. Do not recommend using.

Always an issue getting refills with this pharmacy, long wait times to get to speak with anyone, staff is rude. It feels like you are inconveniencing staff when they have to do their job.

Scheduled a COVID test, and got the email confirmation, only to show up and find that the drive thru was closed due to "staffing issues", and all COVID tests were cancelled for today and yesterday. Closed since yesterday, yet still let me schedule a test? Great job Walgreens

The pharmacist had a really bad attitude and was not afraid to make my wife feel guilty about her preferences about the COVID vaccine. We were not trying to be difficult or say anything besides wanting to reschedule. She was totally unprofessional.

Awful customer service. Especially if you're picking up a controlled prescription. Nothing is ever filled on time and when you try to ask why they treat you like a junkie trying to get your fix.. even if it's been a week since the script was called in.
