the Walgreens located at the intersection of North Eldridge Parkway and Spring Cypress Road is conveniently located for easy access. The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful and always eager to help. The pharmacy is phenomenal. They work their tail off to get your prescriptions out as quick as possible so you don't have to wait forever like a lot of the other Walgreens locations. Definitely a place to stop in if you're in the area for refills or just need some quick supplies for the house.

I am not sure what type experience the person had at this store/pharmacy who posted the negative feedback and sated "will not use again" But, I have used this store/pharmacy for years and have had nothing but GOOD experiences. I will have to say this is a busy Walgreens and I have had to stand in a long line on a busy Friday afternoon/evening a couple of times yet still, with pharmacies, it is more about the service and help you are provided from the pharmacists and staff and not a long line on a Friday.

Again I have had nothing but good experiences and to go further, I would rank this pharmacy as one of the best in this area--it is the pharmacists and customer service that makes a pharmacy good/ great/ bad...this location has GREAT pharmacists and GREAT service!

I still get great service here! Best pharmacy I've encountered! They communicate with you, and know how to file the insurances. Other pharmacies I've used don't know very much. I've had to cancel my order at other locations just to get them filled here bc the other locations didn't get it right. And they answer their phones unlike others also.

Showed up 7 mins prior to closing because I needed some medicine for my step-son's coughing. The gentleman working was already vacuuming and getting ready to close, so he could go home. He immediately stopped vacuuming, and was very polite and helpful in walking me to the area I needed, and finding exactly what I needed. Unlike some places that you show up immediately prior to closing, where you may get attitude because that employee is at the end of their shift, and dislikes customers showing up last minute.... I wish I got his name, as he deserves recognition. For those managers of this store: it was a male working front register at 9:53pm on Wednesday the 2nd of November... He deserves this positive praise from an anonymous customer.

Excellent customer service by the pharmacist at 11970 Spring Cypress, Tomball Tx 77377. Ramandeep B. shows concern for us by taking the time to explain any pharmaceutical precautions of a certain medication and how it may impact us in a negative way. She is knowledgeable in both disease states and product knowledge. Highly recommend!!

This Walgreens is impressive. The management and staff are very friendly. The pharmacy is on time with meds and the photo booth always has pictures done right and on time.

Maddie in the photo department had amazing customer service. So friendly and responsible!
