Got my vaccine(s) at this location, easy online appointment and checkin. Lawrence who administered was pleasant, in and out in no time

The staff is this store is remarkable. I thought those days were gone. The Pharmacist Lawrence (got a booster and Flu) last week, was thorough and kind. The young associates are attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. I know you know how you are treated at some locations, give this one a try! Note: Not sure of all employees but the few I've had were great. Drive thru is slow tho, tried that for Covid tests. Perhaps it's because only 1 person at a time can be attended to in that window-LOL

Thank you Mr. Davis and CVS team. I recently needed to get my booster vaccine and was very nervous, but the staff at CVS helped to make this process a seamless one. I dont usually take the time to write reviews, but I am very scared of needles and thanks to the nurse there at CVS, I was able to get boosted and now will be able to go see my family this weekend without having to worry. I signed up to go to the CVS in Owings Mills and the nurse there greeted me with a smile and helped me to feel at ease throughout the process. He was an African nurse, Mr. Davis, who helped me through this process. He was calm, gentle, and answered all my questions throughout the process and before I knew it, he gave me the vaccine, I did not even feel it !! I am scheduling my kids back to see Mr. Davis, because they too are scared of needles. Thank you Mr. Davis, and thank you to the CVS team !!!!I will recommend this CVS to my friends and will definitely come here for future needs.

Fast organized and kind on the pharmacy drive thru side.

OMG. Love love love.. my coupons, convenience, and customer service. Mindy and Miracle best thing that ever happened to the store. I go in two times a week depending on my coupons..and I have to admit there is one person there that religiously treats me like Im stealing but... I'm pretty well to do but I take my money seriously, so, i only buy when it is on sale. The store does often have sale items I bring to register only to find it was labeled incorrectly and for some reason this particular manager honors it but with a lil bit of a chip on her shoulder. I think that all customer service reps should listen to their staff, their customers, and treat everyone respectfully and you'd have an A1 environment. I wish they could like clone Mindy and Miracle and just have them through the store. Of to spend another $100. Seems like evry time I visit Im spending another hundred or so BUT HONEY IF I DIDN'T HAVE MY COUPONS. GET THAT EXTRACARE!!!!!

This may get a tad long for a review but total worth it. How ever the TL:DR Greeted by phenomenal staff and very clean store. Everyone should give it a chance!

This is place is better run that any CVS I have had encountered. First starts the lady at the from registers closet to the entrance, immediately greeted me though the door. This was not typical as most CVS stores have a person at register that typical grunts at you as you enter the store. She said, Welcome to CVS!" with such a smile on her face that you could tell that he was genuinely happy to have come in. I wish I need her name, as credit is due, but i can describe her as because of darker complexion African American perhaps), a little on the shorter side it sees (although everyone's shorter than I so really its all relative) as far as I can tell had long hair. I have never had a "store greeter" so pleasant in the past and it really made me feel at is as if my patronage was wanted.

Fast forward to the pharmacy transaction. The young lately that greeted me was also very polite. Again I did not get her name. (No I realize this had become a repeating issue. Much easier to identify people if you want to review them) Anyway she was young, pretty, African American (i assume) Short tight-back hair in curls. Wen I approached the desk we quickly realized that my scripts weren't quite ready and she would see to it herself to make she they were done in the next 5 mins. Sure enough she retrieved my medications for me in no time and I were once not forced to sit in corner some where til some one called my man.

As for anything, the overl cleanliness of the store was amazing. I realize its new and this could change over time but for now its
. Customer service was top notch. One the way out was again greeted wishing ,e farewell that welcomed me in.

Cleanest one I’ve been into although it isn’t spotless of course. Mainly wanted to shoutout Jalil who was SO helpful to all 7 of us at the counter, regardless of being the only employee upfront. Not to mention he had great customer service.

Grace and Lawrence absolutely awesome! They welcome me with open arms and have flourished since leaving the Reisterstown CVS up the street. Woo Hoo! Thanks Grace and Lawrence you crew are a reflection of you and it shows.

Overall, a consistently pleasant place to shop. They provide good selection and value. The “Bonus Bucks “ will save $$.

This place is brand new. I have been here a few times and am switching my daily medicine to CVS. Staff is great and the store is nice and clean.
