My experience on Sunday was absolutely FANTASTIC. I went in to see the options for updating my home office with a new desk since my current set up isn't working for my 100% remote work life anymore. Sara greeted me and walked with me to the desks on display. While helping me, she inquired about my needs and asked what didn't work for me in the set up I have now. I left with a great desk, bookshelf, and a new chair since there was such a great promo going on now. Sara was incredibly helpful and genuinely wanted me to get what worked for me. She was informative and offered perspective & thoughts on some of the items I purchased that I hadn't thought of. It was great to have a knowledgeable person to help me make these decisions. I mean how many of us really know the differences in all those chairs? Certainly not me, but she did! She also answered some random questions I had about other items I need to update in the near future. I'll definitely be back to get those items. This experience exceeded every expectation. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

Staples Copy & Print is Excellent. The quality of the products and the customer service are well above other office supply stores in Durham, NC.

The primary reason that I keep going back to the Staples in Brier Creek is the help that I get from Sara. She remembers me from prior visits and is always eager to assist with questions I have. She takes time to ask questions to better understand my needs and then educates me on options. I value her enthusiasm and the level of service that she consistently provides.

I just wanted to say that we had our prints done over this week and they have been short handed but still gave some of the best services I have every seen. Angie was just one of the wonderful representative that assisted us. Very very very happy with my service. The whole team were just the kindest group. Get all your print done there.

My husband and I have been coming here for over 5 years and the employees are always helpful and professional. We recently moved and drive out of the way to go to this store just for the amazing customer service. Keep up the great work!

Let me start by saying that the staff in this store is nothing but EXCELLENT. In fact, more than excellent, EXCEPTIONAL. Every time I visit for several different things, for either for business cards, dropping off mail or even for a pen, I am always greeted and asked if I need any type of help. EVERYONE that works in this store is super DUPER nice. Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful for all type of crazy inquiries I walk in with. Angela helped me on some business cards I ordered for my friends' shop, they came out PERFECT. Raven, I believe she told me she was new but still was very kind and proficient. I wish I could name them all but I can't remember their names, but every single person that works either in the floor, cash register, and the guys and gals in the shipping area have been not great but EXCELLENT employees and a definite asset to Staples. I keep coming back just for this crew!

De’ja in the printing center is super helpful and friendly. I was able to walk in and quickly get my invitations printed without a pre-order. Thanks again!

Others have commented on how wonderful the print department is, and I cannot agree more. Today, I had a very last-minute request for an urgent print job, and Binta in printing was not only helpful, patient, and friendly, but went completely beyond expectations to get the job done while I waited, even though I had a technical issue on my end. Definitely recommend.

I gave 5 stars because I wasted like 2 hours trying to print a few pieces of paper at multiple other franchises just to find out they didn't print docs, did copies only, weren't open past 5, or cost a fortune. Staples provided super simple printing at a reasonable price. We won't be replacing our printer as we only need it a few times a year and Staples is so simple it will save us a fortune in dry ink.

The management here is excellent. We had experienced problems with a printer we had bought here and, although we had passed the official 14 day period for returns, the manager was able to offer us some good alternative solutions that enabled us to return the printer without having to go through hassle of contacting EPSON. Would buy an expensive item here again. Great customer service!

I have been here on two separate occasions for mailers and each time Nicole has helped me out. She is the nicest, most informative Staples employee I have ever met. When I come back I will make sure she is there beforehand. You are very lucky to have her, and so was I to have her help.

Printing was done quickly, and was notified when it was ready. great service.

I came into Staples with a huge print request at the last minute. Binta in the print department went above and beyond to not only get the material printed on time - and correctly - she also went out of her way to contact me and make sure I knew the material was ready to be picked up. I can't say enough about how wonderful she was to work with and how much I appreciate everything she did.

Love shopping here because the associates are helpful and knowledgeable and they always have supplies in stock.

I came from another Staples for a new computer chair with fairly high expectations that were even then so far exceeded once I had the help of Sara. My visit start to finish was drastically changed for the better because of her and the team there. Curtis was kind enough to add the cherry on top by loading my car. I'd drive 20 extra minutes to visit this Staples just because of my experience today. Couldn't be happier, 10 stars!

So happy with the printing department! They called me because an order I’d placed online wasn’t going to come out like I wanted. They had me email my file and they worked to get them looking great! They were also ready a few hours early. I truly appreciate their help and will definitely be going back!

Great service, fast response to avoid disaster.

The copy & print center botched an order of books I needed bound (just bound them the wrong way). Simple mistake, really, but the manager responded with a no-questions-asked print hustle that saved the day. That's how you keep customers.
