The customer service at this location is perfect. Sometimes busy, but they are polite and efficient. I consistently choose this one over others in the area as they are kind and helpful.

Was pretty simple for me to do my amazon return packages. Just walk in greeted the employee , placed my package on the scale, and showed him my QR code. I got my receipt and left. Im impressed Nice job Owner.

I have used this location twice for mass amounts of printing. They were awesome both times!!
Answered my questions, did everything possible to get my project done right, in a timely manor and boxed up well for transport. Very friendly too. They have that small town vibe where they have the customers best interest in mind.

I called in the evening for assistance in finding boxes for shipping an antique xylophone, with directions from the owner to observe the packing procedure. The clerk helping me suggested coming in, stating they’d definitely be able to help. I came in first thing the next morning and spoke to Adam who had me bring in the wrapped parts and asked questions about what was needed. He suggested we break the package the instrument into smaller groups and went to work building appropriate boxes under my watchful eye. Appraising me along the way, he gave me his full attention and packed it very carefully and safely. He helped me load it back into my vehicle while the owner arranged for the appropriate prepaid shipping labels. While I was there for some time, I was able to watch the professional and courteous treatment of all customers by the other clerk, ranging from free Amazon and cable/internet returns to packaging other fragile object. Excellent service all around! Thank you!

Faat and efficient workers! They will get your stuff mailed fast.

Good experience I had to mail back a package they were very helpful. They did help another customer first who entered after me. Not sure if it was because they did not see me or because she pushed her way past people to get to the front of the other line. I am going to go with the second.

Dropped off 3 boxes. Was more expensive then I would have thought. $75 for 3 boxes. But the process was smooth and quick. I already got a email update on the tracking process. Good customer service. Will use there service more often.

I don’t think most people realize that this business has a very involved owner-operator.
This is pretty rare these days, and to see some of these reviews being less than 5 STARS is unacceptable.
This isn’t Rusty’s only location, I first met him in 1998 at his other Kentwood store. He has been in this business way north of 20 years. So why the 5 Stars , I’ve shipped many high end guitars with him. He goes above and beyond taking care of his customers. Most recently I had a issue with a guitar and the guy receiving it was trying to pull a scam. Rusty recognized this , informed me , talked with the person we were having shipping issues with. The guy first tried to scam me and then UPS shipping insurance.
It’s a another boring story about someone trying to scam someone else. (me)

How bout this you get 5 Stars just for being in the customer service business. I think people sometimes forget dealing with people all day can be tuff. That’s why it’s important if your reading this review to take a minute and maybe be kind.

Most people have no idea that businesses with high google ratings get more web traffic and business.
So leave a solid review and be thankful this store has a owner who cares.

I don't usually write reviews but I really have to for these guys. Nice and helpful staff. I hadn't done anything at UPS before so I asked the guy to help me out, and he was the nicest guy I ever met. A lot better than any USPS store I have ever been.

This is my go to place for any shipping or office needs. Everyone who works there is friendly & helpful. I always leave feeling better than when I entered because I always get a smile & a thank you. Excellent service and customer care!!

Fast and efficient service. All other customers before me seemed happy too.

I am here often, and the two guys I normally see are always great. Great customer service here, and make sure you get everything you need done, properly. And I have only spent a max of 5 minutes here. Even with 3 ppl in front of me.

This is a good store with good staff. Don't believe me go over to 1740 44th Street SW Ste5 that is the worse UPS store ever. You go there and you will see bad service. Come here and you get excellent professionalism the way you should be treated.

UPS stores are awesome. Hardly ever do they lose mail or boxes and I love how they get rid of unwanted paper ads. If they would add 24/7 internet cafe, I think they would increase customer base even more.

I have been going to this store for years. Amazing Service, Friendly people and Fast service. Never lost a shipment, Always receive my inbound shipments with timely notifications. Great Store.

Absolutely fabulous place to ship! The person who helped me was fast, efficient, friendly, accommodating, and just super helpful in general.

The staff here is super efficient and always so friendly and courteous. I am in and out in practically 30 seconds every time. And they mail my USPS items for me too!
